There were some small issues with the room -- missing soap and shampoo, wonky TV remote, disconnected bedside lamp. The front desk took care of the missing supplies; I took care of the remote and lamp. Otherwise, the room was quiet and comfortable, and a good value.

Great Hotel, location is unbeatable. Super clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing. Didn’t eat there so can’t comment on food.

Not what I thought. First I thought it was hotel, when we got there it looked like normal apartments, no sign. But that goes away once you’re inside. I was so wonderfully surprised, nice room, great location and the staff was amazing! Great stay, recommend.

Il bb si trova in pieno centro città, a pochissimi minuti dalle vie principali dello shopping e a metà strada tra i due teatri principali di Palermo. La facilità del parcheggio é sicuramente un grande plus per una struttura che si trova in un centro storico; strisce blu o parcheggio privato praticamente a 20 metri dal portone di ingresso. Si trova all’interno di palazzo elegante e presenta soffitti alti e pavimenti con cementine che apparterranno probabilmente al palazzo com’era in origine. Le informazioni fornite dallo staff - celere nelle risposte e sempre super disponibile e gentile - sono precise ed efficaci e ti permettono di accedere in modalità self check-in indipendentemente dall’orario in cui arrivate. La prima cosa che si percepisce all’aprire la porta è un gradevole odore di pulito e un calduccio che a Febbraio ti fa subito sentire coccolato. La stanza da noi scelta era quella con la vasca idromassaggio; il design che accorda perfettamente la modernità degli arredi all’eleganza senza tempo dei pavimenti e dei soffitti rende la struttura veramente di gran gusto; la stanza è fornita di tutto; Alexa ti dà la possibilità di avere musica in camera mentre ti rilassi dento la bellissima vasca idromassaggio. Macchinetta del caffè con capsule e bollitore con tisane e tè danno la possibilità di poter fare una pre- colazione prima del checkout entro le ore 10.00. Era disponibile anche una mini marmellatina di cui, tuttavia, non abbiamo potuto usufruire perché non ci erano state date fette biscottate per poterla mangiare. Forse è l’unica cosa che penserei di aggiungere alle stanze. Ottima scelta che unisce comfort, ambiente romantico, e vicinanza alle principali attrazioni della città. Super consigliato!

We arrived early in the pouring rain. We were too early for check-in but luggage was taken with no hesitation. Check-in procedure was undertaken. We returned after the room was available. We had Room 13. Access was via a key pad- no keys necessary. We had a beautiful room with a small terrace area. The kitchen area had everything you would need for a prolonged stay. Microwave, coffee machine and induction hob. There were ample dishes, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. Everything was so clean and fresh. We had a quiet and undisturbed night. Breakfast in the morning was a buffet but we could not fault the selection available. Cereal, ham, cheese even small pastis de nata (or similar - which were lovely). Checkout was so easy and we were asked if we needed to leave luggage- always a bonus. We had a fabulous stay and we are ?so sorry we booked only one night. We highly recommend staying here and we just wish we had used the available facilities more. What an absolutely fantastic place to stay.

The room was amazing! And super clean! Also would be cleaned every day new sheets on the bed and fresh towels! The breakfast is amazing make sure you don’t miss out from 8-10 and the staff is so helpful and friendly and welcoming love it will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Palermo!

Totalmente repetible. La amabilidad y calidez del personal se desbordó desde el mismo momento de nuestra llegada al hotel. Las instalaciones estaban impecables y no echamos nada en falta. El desayuno fue una extraordinaria manera de cerrar nuestra corta pero muy agradable estadía. Volveremos!

Beautiful hotel and room. Large, clean room with a beautiful view to a large fig tree. Very nice staff, helpful and willing to share information.

Be aware, most unfriendly service. The way they talk to customers I have never experienced before. Worst experience in Tenerife

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Wir haben das kleinste Zimmer gebucht und es war komfortabel und hatte alles was man braucht. Das Bett war bequem, vor allem die Bettdecke & das Kissen. Das Bad war auch tiptop. Das Bild vor dem Fenster im Bad ist geschmackssache :-). Das Frühstück war sensationell! Der einzige Kritikpunkt den wir haben, ist dass das WLAN nicht bis ins Zimmer gereicht hat und das Netz im Zimmer nicht besonders stark war. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
