All Staff excellent, unexpected upgrade was a bonus, hotel itself very modern and all amenities catered for. However house keeping need to pay more attention to detail! hairs on bedding, room floors dirty/grimey, balcony glass needs algae removing and cigarette butts left on balcony (we don't smoke) which was a shame as everything else was perfect

The room was clean and comfortable , as was the bed. The food was very good indeed. Staff on the whole were friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely.
We did feel it was overpriced and were given misleading information on the cost of parking (exorbitantly expensive) and also a promised discount for not having the room made up that was less than we had understood when we registered. We found loud disco-type muzak booming in the dining room early Sunday morning less than relaxing. Overall it was good and in a central location but it did seem overpriced.

饭店设备齐全，这次两大三小在Quay west suites Melbourne 待了8天，住了一间大床房、一间两床房的公寓式组合，有大客厅齐全的厨房设备：包含冰箱、烤箱、微波炉、IH炉、洗碗机、洗衣机，打扫人员每日清扫并补充洗碗机洗衣机需要的洗剂，宾至如归的感觉. 楼下有southgate商场，饮食方便，河边散步方便，步行到周遭车站也很近，走路700公尺，10分钟也能抵达Artplay免费溜滑梯公园，适合家庭自由行旅游，非常推荐！（照片有居住痕迹、请见谅）

This was a great hotel for us. Traveled with my family of 3 and stayed in the villa. The room was very clean and comfortable. Good AC. Had a nice view of the volcano even though it was overcast and rained everyday. Staff was very polite, helpful, and replied to requests almost immediately. Pool was beautiful. Restaurant and breakfast were very good. Safe and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.
