Very good stay, disappointed no complimentary water in the room for the tea/coffee station and that the very small bottles available from the bar were chargeable.

The rooms were spacious my only thing is the clean every other day... But overall the staff was friendly and very accommodating.

We reserved the superior twin room with balcon. The room was enough espace for two. And the balcon was big and nice. At breakfast many choices. But the door of the toilet, room and balcon was difficult to open and close. That was only problem.

We were on a Dinner Bed and Breakfast rate for two nights on our way back from a trip to the Lake District. We stayed in one of the Four Poster rooms with our dog and were made exceptionally welcome by the very friendly and helpful staff. All the food was excellent, we could not find fault, although a veggie roast on Sunday would be good. Having said that what I did have was one of the best roasts ever! On our first evening there were Nibbles offered which I’d say were even better than the starters and were substantial. The room was a good size and the bed comfortable although the steps given were necessary as we would have had to vault onto the bed it was so high! We loved the Chatsworth biscuits and the fridge downstairs with proper milk for our tea. The dog was made very welcome with a big field at the back for him to run around in and dog sausage for breakfast and he would have been welcomed at all meals but we chose to leave him in the room. We would definitely return and the only downer was there was no bin for dog poo and, having been told by the person I asked that he didn’t know where a bin was, I found one just up the road in the village

The room was ok but the TV didn’t work and the front desk had a hard time trying to fix the problem. Was on the first floor and very noisy with everyone upstairs moved. Also when someone took a shower upstairs our pipes in our bathroom gurgled very loud the entire time. Went to take a shower in the morning and absolutely no hot water. I ask to change rooms to an upstairs room and not on the side of the street right next door. They said if I wanted a room on the non-street side which had double beds it would cost me an additional 15.00 for that. Meanwhile no consideration on what we went through the night before or compensation for no hot water at all.

Brilliant location. The Deputy Manager was very helpful and efficient. Breakfast was self serve and was delicious and plentiful. Parking outside the hotel is avaliable for 4 hours max during certain times (pay at meter), however you can purchase a 24 hour permit from Reception for ￡6. We'd definitely stay again. (pay at meter)

We attended a wedding in Dromoland castle yesterday and from the offset everything was incredible . The front of house staff took our luggage , checked us in and walked us to our room . Nothing was too much hassle. The wedding itself was an incredible experience and the Brian boru bar was the perfect place to do so . The breakfast was incredible also , a buffet filled with incredible pastries and smoothies and then I had the most incredible buttermilk pancakes . After breakfast we were allowed to take a golf buggy to tour the grounds and see the most incredible views . During departure we were instructed to phone the reception before we left the room and they got our car ready from the valet and took our luggage for us . Each member of staff we met was nothing but incredible , absolutely nothing was an issue and they were always happy to help . 10/10 and we cannot wait to stay again

Good central location. Breakfast was the standard you’d expect from a Premier Inn. Liked the new shelf/lighted mirror/hairdryer set up, very convenient for doing your makeup. Our room didnt get cleaned for the 3 days we were there…. We were out from morning until late evening, so no excuse of us being there to stop this happening .. The shower soaked you every time you turned it on, as it was too big for the area.
