The location and the hotel room were great. Staff was friendly and went above and beyond. However, the parking is in adequate for the size of cars today. You are literally parking door to door with other folks from the hotel. One evening we went out to our car and a lady had opened both doors into our car, scratching it. Come to find out she wasn’t even staying at the hotel. She was going to a nearby bar. For this reason, I do not recommend the hotel.

The location of the hotel is perfect with nice restaurants in the building -Starbucks, pizza, etc.

We enjoyed our stay but it did not quite live up to our expectations. The hotel itself was very quiet with a delightful swimming pool which we made good use of. The gardens are well kept. We had a cabin which had a comfortable bed and an adequate restroom. The electrics in the cabin must have been designed by Basil Fawlty. So many switches that we had to start the switch off about 5 minutes before retiring. On the negative side, breakfast was only adequate. Most of the buffet was in cold trays but the restaurant had a good Al a carte selection for lunch and dinner. Litter near the property was an issue for us. The hotel did not keep their beach frontage clear and our lakeside view cabin looked out on a lot of litter. This hotel seemed to be one of the best in the area and we did enjoy our stay despite its shortcomings.

Reception team was very responsive with clear instructions with videos on key retrieval. Also on hand with prompt responses via WhatsApp if we had questions (WiFi). Plenty of towels for all five of us; thank you for that! WiFi worked great, hot water in showers also appreciated along with Clean linen. Beds were okay as far as comfort. B&B Suggested garage and price for parking garage for overnight was actually ten euro more which seems expensive, but on-street parking is not really an option. The Naples tourist tax is pretty steep if you ask me; nothing to do with B&B, but a consideration for those considering visiting. A toaster would have been nice to have on hand. Fridge was turned off so it took a while to cool off for our food and the ice in the freezer melted leaking into the fridge.

El alojamiento es sencilo pero cómodo, salvo algunos detalles mejorables como que el único enchufe accesible del dormitorio esté en el ba?o, también es mejorable la mezquindad del desayuno, que no significa ser un banquete, sólo la opción de un huevo revuelto y la lentitud en la atención de las mesas para iniciar el desayuno

Comfortable bed, clean room, friendly welcome and helpful with questions. Breakfast was good (when it arrived ) as it took 40 minutes to arrive. Easy check out.
