Clean and nice hotel, worth the price, room is nice and spacious.Staff is so friendly, food was delicious.Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation.

A terrible, cheap 1-star hostel, not a 3-star hotel and certainly not a villa. The photos are very deceptive since it is the worst hotel in Indonesia. The area is an old industrial area of Garut with no restaurants or shopping area. The bed is very old sagging and smelly that gives you a backache. The furniture are old, smelly and falling apart. There is no ventilation or cool air since hotel is enclosed. The bathroom is open so that mosquitos and bugs can enter freely. The room has a very old and small 19' TV that has only few channel and poor reception. The only guests are old local men who are smoking in the pool area since the rooms are terrible. I had to leave after 15 minutes since I could not stay there longer; it felt more like a jail than a hotel. I decided to give up my payment since the hotel did not give a refund. What a nightmare and it is not worth the cheap price you pay since you will be guaranteed a terrible experience. The hotel feel like a 50 year old abandoned building.

The place is very well maintained, the room and bathroom spotless and brand new but … the guy in the front desk! Omg … he told me the hotel was fully booked, I have to call trip.com, then he found the booking… very old fashion bookkeeping … then ask my name while my passport was on his hands… Breakfast was good, except the coffee, but they need to have a short English menu because not everyone speak English.

Good hotel but there was a leakage in the bathroom, also the shower drain was completely clogged so water spilled outside and due to the leak in the bathroom water came outside in the room too. So not worth the highest price I paid for this place.

At the time of booking online, it clearly said that breakfast was included, but at check-in time I learnt that it was not. Do not appreciate this false advertising. Other than that, the accommodations were good, and the room was clean.

The rooms are nasty, no towels, no shampoo or soap, no air conditioner, all the pictures they show online are fake. I won't recommend it to anyone. Please stay away from this place.
