总体来説其实还是可以的 出行也比较方便 打车也能直接到门口来接，就是接待的小哥只会马来语不会英语真的有点困难、入住的时候花了很长的时间，但是总体来説还是满意的 离KLCC 也很近，楼下那家咖啡厅的餐食不错 也有24小时便利店 还有咖啡店

Really lovely room- spotless and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. There are plenty of options nearby for food and drink.

It was a great stay! Great location; in the center of downtown and close to transportation !I loved it, clean room, and cute decor of the room. I enjoyed the little view of the church. It was decent sufficient space. It felt super cozy And FREE BREAKFAST that’s a win! I enjoyed it ; I’ll definitely come back

Great stay! My boys loved how cleaned it was. How great it was to be able to swim in their indoor pool. Beds were comfortable. The ONLY thing (which is kind of a big deal because of the cold weather we’ve been experiencing) I had a complaint about was the AC unit was a bit broken, so the cold hair from outside was seeping through. I didn’t speak with anyone regarding this issue because I didn’t want the hassle of having to move all of our belongings to a different room. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay very much.

My stay was excellent from the day of arrival to departure. The staff is helpful, friendly, and professional. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile and helpful tips I needed. The room was spotless and cozy. The refrigerator was not working. I called the front desk, and they had it replaced immediately. Overall, stay EXCELLENT.

The hotel was very clean. When a n issue arised, it was taken care of promptly. Staff was very friendly

I think this is all together a fine hotel especially for the price. I don’t love that the reception closes at 5pm

The staff was friendly and willing to help. From the driver of the shuttle to front desk. The hotel is very nice. The rooms are awesome! I highly recommend staying here.
