遇到下雪封路了，想打电话问下酒店什么情况，连续四个小时无人接听，只能返程。这个酒店的电话完全打不通，想要沟通只能走邮件，客服还一直推卸责任，説接听了我们的电话，把责任全部推给客人。
如果想入住这个酒店要知悉：
有事不要联系酒店电话，永远打不通，发邮件才有人响应，且用时很久。（不知道是不是当天排班的问题）
客服人员不讲理，不承认自己有失职
对酒店失望，大年初一的影响心情，全部行程都打乱了
给携程好评，客服人员很好，一直帮忙跟进进度。

It was very peaceful and relaxing in manicured grounds with a sea view and lovely pool. The room was plain - in keeping with the colonial nature of the building but was well-equipped with extremely comfortable bedding and very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It is within easy walking distance of the crab market which has a range of places to eat. Meals at the hotel were freshly cooked and of a high standard. We did the cookery class which was great fun made special by the executive chef and the restaurant manager.

临时定的，才发现居然是“民宿”，我们定的四人间在地下一层，空间十分局促，本来有点郁闷，不过早上被一顿英伦早餐治癒了，感觉真是太好了，在小小的客厅，一大堆杯盘刀叉。。。餐桌小小，摆着花??，正是我喜欢的调调。。。

Room was very nice and clean. Twin bed room for 2 adults and 2 male children, plenty of room.
Was very central and a nice area. Easy to find and get into.

The location of this hotel was really convenient as right beside the train station. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice, but the shower was not very powerful. The staff at reception were lovely and friendly.
