Room was clean / staff helpful / The lifts are the quickest I've ever seen in any hotels it would give the Burj Khalifa a run for it's money

We arrived at the hotel where we were greeted by the reception staff who were very polite and pleasant and they checked us in quickly and with clear directions to our room and instructions on where to get breakfast and the roof top restaurant. The food was amazing and the continental breakfast was more than adequate. The room was clean and comfortable and all staff friendly and helpful. Reception took care of taxis to and from the city and to the airport. I would recommend staying at the Plaza and would stay again next time I’m in Catania. Thank you for making our stay memorable and easy. 10/10

ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I was flabbergasted at how awful this place is being ran. From the time I checked in to the last moment I received nothing but poor service. I first checked into the hotel and had to carry my own bags up. I stopped off by the restaurant/bar area and ordered a dirty martini. I was served a drink with spoiled olives inside. When I requested a different cocktail I was told they did not have grenadine. As I was waiting a roach ran across my foot in the restaurant. The place was completely dysfunctional. I had to send food orders back that were simple request like no dressing on the salad. I was bothered multiple times about what beverage I wanted during a breakfast and was left completely thirsty because the waiter forgot he even asked me anything. The housekeep sit around in the empty rooms playing on their phones while there is large amounts of mold under the shelves in the showers. The final straw happened at checkout. After I initially checked in I requested a cab at 6am sharp to get me to the airport. I was promised it would be ready and when I came down to checkout there was no cab. The concierge was like a deer in the head lights had no clue what I was talking about. They made me wait 16 mins for a cab. This place is a huge "DONT GO"

The Casona de Yucay is located in the small village of Yucay not far from Urubamba and the train to Machu Pichu at Ollantaytambo which makes it for a convenient stop if you are looking for a truly historic hotel. It is a true hacienda, built in 1810 and hosted Simon Bolivar in his trip to the area to fight for Peruvian independence. Like all hacienda hotels, it is enclosed and has lovely grounds which means it's also very quiet. The rooms are not as large as in some haciendas, but the shower pressure is fantastic, something often lacking in these type of accomodations. The meals we had here were excellent, as was the local Yucay beer. Definitely a different experience from the usual hotels in the Sacred Valley.

The room was lovely with a central view of the pool and garden. The staff greeting us was also charming and helpful and there were little details throughout this boutique hotel that showed careful and delightful management. The nicest feature was the lighted bath mirror to provide daylight illumination to anyone getting dressed or apply makeup. So many hotels ignore this important function, even the ultra luxe. But not Les Chambres. If you have an opportunity to stay here - enjoy! It is well located and well managed.

Finde de desconexión en pareja. El hotel está en una ubicación fantástica. Edificio peque?o mu bonito, acogedor, limpio, tranquilo y con un personal muy amable y atento. La habitación que nos tocó estaba en la tercera planta, con vistas al puerto. Aparcamiento gratuito frente al hotel en un parking público o de pago cubierto en el hotel. Desayuno muy rico. Ideal para una escapada en pareja.

Very quiet stay for the night! Stayed here because we went to a concert close by

Great views from this high rise hotel! You can get here by taking either LRT or MRT and alighting at Ampang Park Station. It’s only a 3min walk from the station to the hotel. The place is about 12min walk from KLCC, or you can take bus 300 from the bus stop outside for a 2min ride there too.
