Single rooms are small but clean and modern, nice staff and free happy hour wine nights are a nice amenity. Only complaint would be the rooms/door are not very soundproof, meaning often times you can hear people talking in the hallways/next door. The building appears to be a renovated motel so don't expect the most modern aesthetic in the common areas and hallways, though it still feels clean and new. The area is also extremely convenient, close to Beverly Center with lots of high-end shopping and dining options within walking distance and close to Rodeo and medium walk/short drive to other areas in Beverly Hills. There is a Taco Bell right across the street which is open very late as well.

No hot water which is intolerable. Rubbish claims that bath will be ok if u run rap for ten minutes. Nice enough p km act but expensive if you couldn’t wash for two days. No offer of a discount. Also plug on bath completely unusable. Avoid

The people working at that hotel during the snowstorm were amazing!! Very helpful and accommodating and fun!

A very quiet place with spacious interiors and friendly staff especially Ankita at reception and Vinit in the bar,F&B manager goes that extra mile to keep you comfortable

Staff was very nice and the area was good but it’s weird to get charged for the resort fee when it’s closed for weather. And breakfast was a small spread.

Kshama resort and spa is a wonderful resort in Khandala but offering natural beauty and scenic views from hotel rooms. The staff is very polite and humble while interacting with them. They make you feel like you are at home.

New look Dukes Resort now rechristened Athira Resort, Fab fab hospitality & food Loud shout out to Pushpa & Bicky for the warm hospitality Enjoyed a lovely couple massage with ambient music and perfect massage by Anisha and Miraki. The spa was clean and well maintained.
