The checking in process is rather complicated, but everything else is perfect. Beautiful building, rooms are spacious and warm. Very comfortable bad and clean bathroom. The location is great. In front of the metro station and walking distance to the city center and all major sights.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Shower was awful and hardly had any pressure. The rooms were not cleaned during the stay. I think patrons that were put out in the back shed were given rooms at a lower standard than in the main building

Great place to stay. The staff were amazing. Would definitely stay there again next time.

Great stop over hotel, just off the motorway. Reception were very friendly and helpful and the room comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had a room at the front but the sound insulation was good, we couldn't hear the motorway at all. Good secure car park, just a bit confusing finding the entrance to it.

2nd time staying here . No issues , everything is good . Perhaps my stay was the slightly lull period as there are lesser crowd . Room is great , amenities provided sufficient . Will definitely stay here again

Staff was very efficient and kind and helpful. Unfortunately room was very dated and furniture was old and tired. Carpet was old and wore out. Wasn't a proper double bed and uncomfortable. Shower head was absolutely broken but was repaired same day but was outdated for the price payed. Dirty bed sheets on arriving. Got offered another room which was kind and did accept it. Room 2 was an improvement but old and worn out and bathroom was not great. Had horrible nights sleep as no sound proofing on walls could hear everything in other rooms next door. And just didn't feel like it was a relaxing hotel to stay at really. Had to check out a day sooner. Staff was very sorry about it all but was hoping for partial refund. One good thing was the very lovely staff members though.

Stunning tea plantation bungalow perched on the hillside overlooking the lakes. Food to die for and the most friendly and appreciative staff. Indra, the manager was excellent and Kanth made sure our every need was catered for. A great base from which to explore the Ella region.
