Questa e la seconda volta che vado , la prima è stata 2 anni fa dove sono uscita contenta e per questo motivo ho deciso di ritornare, ma questa volta tutto era cambiato. Faccio una prenotazione nelle terme dove avevo anche l'aperitivo incluso (abbastanza povero) cibo freddissimo. Entriamo nelle piscine dove l'accappatoio era a pagamento (3€) ?????♀? sempre extra da quello che avevo pagato.Chiediamo un tost per una bambina di 5anni e siamo dovuti uscire bagnati per andare a prenderlo all bar (in questo freddo) . Tranne la ragazza (receptionista) che ha provato in tutti i modi di aiutarci per il resto rimango molto delusa....

Organizo viajes grupales y hemos tenido una estadía excelente aquí, habitaciones espaciosas, una decoración muy cuidada, super limpio, ambiente y sobre todo un excelente atención por parte de todo el staff. Esperamos volver pronto!

Excellent hotel with everything you need for a great trip

The rooms were not soundproof, we could hear the neighbour wathcing TV loudly and we couldn’t sleep.

Staff support terrible communication. Website said one thing but staff say another. I seek clarification and told oh yeah that's not updated. Our hrs menus etc changed. We made bookings and paid for it online too be told that's not available anymore. what was supposed to be a romantic weekend away for a engagement proposal was a complicated disaster.we were planning on having our wedding here but after our experience we will be looking elsewhere

Solo estuvimos de paso porque andábamos en un tours. Muy bueno el desayuno y la cena que teníamos incluida. Sin embargo, sufrí un percance, y solo lo menciono para que tengan cuidado al solicitar la carta de vinos. Para la cena pedí una copa de vino la que se?alé en la carta. Me cobraron la botella completa la que decía 14 euros. Para no generar problema le dije que ok, pero que yo no había pedido la botella. Al cancelar me cobraron 22 euros, porque según ellos la de 14 era mas peque?a. Importante mencionar que esa información no te la dicen menos cuando no hablan el idioma del cliente. Fue el único inconveniente. Frente al hotel hay varios negocios y supermercados.

Room was excellent. Staff was great. Hotel was very close to the airport. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Would stay here again.
