Room was lovely and clean although bathroom a little small. Staff where lovely, food excellent. Had a cracking view of the estuary.

Overall a great stay, friendly staff and clean rooms with everything you could possibly need. Would visit again.

Room and bathroom in need of repair. Heated towel rail not working so bathroom was freezing, and sink taps difficult to switch off. Issues with hotel aerial so only a few channels worked, intermittently. Bedding was nice and clean, and couldn’t fault the receptio

Noisy location. You can hear the traffic. Struggled to sleep. Asked for a quiet room but still noisy. Location is good as close to ferry stop.

The room was in good condition. However a few things to note- the bedroom and bathroom are seperate rooms but they are divided by a large opening with stained glass- not a solid wall. You can see the bed when on the toilet!! Also the room is not sound proof and you can hear a beeping sound from the door buzzer which is often. The rooms do have an amazing view. THere is no mini fridge and they charge extra for a cooler with ice if you want to keep your drinks cold. They said they do this to make extra money!!! Also it comes with 2 nespresso pods and they charge extra for any extra. You can ask for cream at the kitchen.

first went to wrong site in Musgrave, poor service ladies were tired didn't even offer chair all they could worry was details, aim not in their list. While we still talking other clients come, she assisted them, another lady come to give better details that I need to go main guest house. Main guest house no iron housekeeping team keep on leaving iron not working for two days could not iron. Day two bath with cold water .

Located at convenient location near all transport options, shopping, and restaurants. Hotel is a bit outdated with limited room amenities.

Everything was beautiful and upscale. Food and drink was very pricey. I couldn’t figure out how to use some features in the room and floor was very slippery after showering. But it was quiet, clean, and elegant
