Staff was unable to assist us when we needed to cancel our trip. They did not respond to emails and did not answer phone calls. We never received any refund or help.

Great location. very nice staff. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of fresh fruit, breads, cheeses, eggs and meat.Great value!
