We have a meeting at the hotel every week and its truly the hidden gem of whitstable and definitely worth a visit. The food is exceptional and the staff always make you feel welcome and are an absolute credit to sarah the owner. The terrace area is also an ideal place to chill in the summer an watch the sunset

Ho soggiornato quattro notti in questa residenza e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il proprietario e sua moglie sono gentilissimi e sempre pronti a venirci incontro. Inoltre è proprio vicinissimo alla clinica. Super consigliata

Disgraceful! Didn’t stay as there was no one at the property at 9:15pm arrival. Tried phoning them throughout the day to confirm and left voicemails. Zero response. 12:30 now next day still zero response. At 10pm a random guy pulled into the car park and asked if I was lost. He then offered me to stay in his home. Whole experience was dodgy. I booked and stayed elsewhere in the area later.

Always a great hotel. Nice breakkie. Will return soon.

This is a convenient well priced place to stay. Good service. Free TukTuk to airport link and Phaya thai station. If they had smart tv it would be so much better. I did enjoy my stay there.

I'd really love to leave a 4/5* review, but 3 things stop me doing that. The heating kept switching itself off, so I could never get comfortable. There was a fire alarm test on Wednesday morning, which I wasn't warned about, so I trotted downstairs assuming it was a fire. I was staying for 7 nights, but there was nowhere to put my undies & other folding clothes (no drawers at all!), so I had to pile them up on the bedside table. Very unsatisfactory. HOWEVER, 4/5* review comments: lovely staff, super-comfortable bed, mountain view from my room to die for (see photo), fantastic super-hot shower, immaculately clean. I will defo come again (I just hope there's a small set of drawers next time!!).

Festejámos no Vale da Silva Villas os 80 anos da matriarca, festa surpresa, planeada com a cumplicidade da Isabel, confian?a total que se provou merecida. O espa?o foi adorado por todos, que seguramente voltar?o para os seus próprios eventos. A comida fantástica desde a panóplia de entradas até ao buffet das sobremesas, culminando num bolo de aniversário que n?o se esquece. Obrigado por tudo.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel, although dated, was lovely and rooms (riverview) were lovely. Couldn’t fault anything and we will definitely be back.

Nice space. Friendly associates. Great access to the beach. The kitchen was tired looking. Rust on the frig. The sprayer in the sink wasn't hanging properly. They didn't supply shampoo. There wasn't daily housekeeping.
