We had horrible weather so we spent a lot of time trapped in the resort itself. Without the opportunity to dive or snorkel, there wasn’t much to do. However, the staff was real friendly and they hustled to help when we had a couple breaks in the weather to help us enjoy the beach. The food was okay but we went there for the experience and not the food. The experience was worth it. There were quite a few guests who stayed for 3 months which told us that the place is worth the commitment. The room was spotless and we were happy with the daily housekeeping.

Great location, very near to Arc de Triomphe. Only 5 minutes by walking. The room is very clean and comfortable. We can make early check in if possible. Overall I’ve had great experiences staying in this lovely hotel.

Staff was fabulous, only thing I was unhappy with was that we couldn’t get hot water in the shower. I’m not sure if it’s the cold weather and being on the 17th floor, however it never got over lukewarm in the shower and the sink was always straight up cold.

Excellent balcony view. Efficient services. The drink and water at bar better to be refilled more regularly.

Very comfortable room and bathroom! The breakfast was amazing also the persons working there. Everybody was so kind. I loved the hotel. They kept the good things about the building and at the same timethe room was so comfortable!

Our stay at the resort was more than memorable. The resort itself is beautiful and serene but what made our stay even more special was the entire team. The service was impeccable. Everyone was courteous, professional and friendly. They were more than willing to go out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We will certainly come back here!! A special shout out to Geetha Dissanayala, who went out of her way to ensure that some items left in our villa were promptly delivered to us (four hours away).
