Staff were nice, bathroom needs revamp, shower door didn't close

Excellent room, brilliant value, secure hotel, nice area, incredible breakfast both full English and waffles. And for an evening meal, the gastro pub across the road had good beer and amazing food. Top experience, will visit again when back in Southsea.

Rooms were clean as was the bathroom. That's what we expected. However, access to the hotel was restricted by a massive crater across the full width of the hotel access road. This crater was not recently formed, was wide in length and bredth, very deep and posed a significant risk to both vehicles and those on foot. Disgracefully no warning signs were in place. Our understanding was that the crater was in this dangerous state for some time, with repeated promises being made to carry out repairs not kept. We arrived late at night and could have suffered serious damage to our car. Our stay was blighted by the need to cross the crater up to 4 times each day. To say the least, this was a disgraceful and dangerous situation.

Buen servicio, buen trato, solo que nos toco viajar en temporada de norte y no pudimos disfrutar la alberca, no tiene calefacción, y esta al aire libre último piso, la banda de guerra del colegio qe esta enfrente desde las 6:00 am hace sus honores o ensayos y no dejaba descansar.... De lo demás cumplió con las espectativas

The room was perfect: spacious, clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was wonderful both days. Parking on site was convenient. Location is great.

PURE EXCELLENCE. We have already stayed in various 4 star hotels in India, this is the only one meriting the 4 stars. Very competent staff, chic and luxurious interior, extraordinary housekeeping, good (also western continental) breakfast, mouth-watering indian cuisine in the Sanzio restaurant. Truly the Best, Goa Maargit Goa Everything just amazing location, out side view from the room was just crazy. Very nice resort with excellent restaurants, especially C2C! Beautiful pool with views! For a dream stay! He made us comfortable here. Thank you ! We will definitely come back in the summer this year.

A boutique style hotel, a short drive out of Kandy. I think it had 8 rooms. Ours was a good size with a large, very comfy, 4 poster bed. Our 1st floor room had views to the front and back. Over the pool one side and to the mountains in both directions. The staff were extremely helpful, attentive and good fun. The service felt really personal. The breakfast and evening meals were served and were very good quality at a reasonable price. Plenty of choice. We were a bit sad to leave this hotel.
