unfortunately wasn't the best experience. Location is pretty much is the only good thing I found here.

Spacious and clean room, staffs are all very friendly and helpful, dinner is very tasty with reasonable price, we shall come back again and recommend it to friends.

Our stay at the hotel made our weekend away most memorable. The hotel staff were very professional, attentive and friendly. The decor was exceptional and close proximity to Paris Central. We will definitely be returning to this place.

Esperienza più che positiva!!!! Arrivi entro la porta e già ti senti a casa….ti accolgono subito alla reception con un sorriso che ti fa stare bene,molto accogliente già la reception. Ci danno la camera entriamo e anche questa molto accogliente,stanza bella larga giusta con ogni cosa a suo posto!!!essendo una famiglia di 4 persone ci hanno dato la camera con doppia stanza veramente siamo stati benissimo….il bagno anche questo bello grande e con tutto quello che occorre…..passiamo ora ai servizi della spa….la spa è piccola con sauna ,bagno turco, idromassaggio il tutto è gestito in modo da farla privatamente quindi ti fai tutto il percorso da solo,senza avere persone che si accalcano o aspettare che si liberi è veramente il top anche la spa x chi non ama i sovraffollamenti!!!!abbiamo fatto il massaggio di coppia e anche questo è stato fatto da professionisti e siamo rimasti soddisfatti…….un altro punto di forza è sicuramente il ristorante…..ragazzi si mangia BENISSIMO!!!!!abbiamo cenato e siamo riusciti a mangiare solo il primo….porzioni super generose,prodotti di ottima qualità cucinati egregiamente dallo chef……poi in sala c’è il ma?tre che ti coccola ed è sempre attento a tutto è sicuramente il surplus del ristorante…..anche la colazione ottima dove si possono trovare prodotti freschi fatti direttamente dalla loro cucina!!!!siamo una famiglia che gira un bel po’ e di hotel con questi servizi ne abbiamo provati ma vi assicuro che il Touring ne batte tanti in zona anche più quotati……!!!!non vi resta che provarlo…e ai proprietari non mi resta che fargli un grande in bocca al lupo e raccomando di seguire su questa strada …..grazie di tutto a presto!!!!

Charging for parking is not necessary. The spaces are available and guest already paid to sleep there. Why are we paying to park. That's our transportation not like the property was responsible for the vehicles in lot. So why are you charging guests to park and the cars are not even being locked after. Why have a parking lot at all.

it was lovely! big room. absolutely stunning view. clean, breakfast needs improvement. the workers very polite.

it is a business hotel with good size rooms, beds ok, shower ok. wifi ok. there is sitting room with basic facility microwave kitchen ,so it is suitable for long staying . breakfast is ok and dinner same,. staff was responsive and daily service like laundry are good . a could be more silent but not a major issue . nearby basic coffee shop and snack. but at reasonable drive distance there are interesting good restaurants .

Stayed in SG Premium Resort for one night before and after safari. The name "Premium" is very misleading and the hotel is definitely not worthy of 3 stars. The rooms were not very clean. In the room I first stayed in the floor felt sticky when I walked barefoot on it. And when when I wore white socks they turned brown underneath after walking on the floor. The sink was almost clogged and the toilet was barely flushing. After the safari I stayed in a different room that was even more worn and had lots of mould around the air condition. In this room the bathroom floor was also very dirty, so I asked them to clean it. A cleaner came and more or less just moved the dirt around the floor with a mop. So the dirt was basically just moved from one place to another on the floor. In the end I just gave up explaining and accepted that I would have a dirty bathroom floor while staying here. When she left the room she then proceeded to mop the carpet floor (!) in the hallway outside with the same mop. This really made me question how the rooms at this hotel are actually cleaned, as well as the general cleanliness and hygiene at the hotel. There was only one single towel in the rooms and I asked the staff if I could get one or two more, so I at least could have separate towels for showering and habd wash. The were very friendly and told me several times that they would bring me one, but I am still waiting for that extra towel. The soups in the restaurant were very good, however the service at the restaurant was extremely slow. Expect to spend at least 1 hour just to have a starterdish like a bowl of soup, and even more if you want to eat a main dish as well. Breakfast was not the best. This could have been a good hotel if it was better maintained and the rooms were properly cleaned. But it looks like they just don't care.

Room badly neglected, surly staff, still waiting for receipt. Would not recommend.
