I Highly recommed this hotel, we had an amazing stay , the staff were so friendly and helpful and we had a surprise upgrade and bottle of fizz for my boyfriend’s birthday. The spa staff were very helpful and you can use the pool/steam room amenities before and after check in/out. They provide towels too. The breakfast was delicious so much choice. The DLR station is less than 5 mins away and there are some lovely restaurants all within minutes of the hotel & there’s a Tesco extra just along the road . The cable car is literally across the road and takes you straight to the O2. Amazing stay , fantastic views of the docklands and will definitely be back .

Everything was fine. Since it was Late January, we didn't experience the beautiful outdoors like we could have in the other time of the year

J'ai voulu faire une surprise à mon mari pour la Saint Valentin et ai réservé un lodge pour une nuit. Malheureusement, la tempête a sévi précisément ces jours là et mon séjour était déjà payé et non remboursable. J'ai demandé un report pour raison exceptionnelle mais n'ai re?u qu'un refus catégorique et inhumain. On a même osé me dire qu'il n'y avait plus de tempête alors que les alertes étaient maximales! Lorsque l'on ne tient pas compte de "l'humain", on ne travaille pas dans le service.

Perfect location at the top of the ski slope.

Ive been coming here since I was 3 , I'm now 52! It's not over done in massive changes and still has that wonderful atmosphere and respectful other campers... And I can't believe the hot showers are STILL only 20cents for decades!! Ive bought friends /kids and new family members here over the time and we always go back feeling like we did recharge, relax and days feel longer somehow!!

The room was small. Could see through the door hinges to the corridor . Must be thin walls as could hear someone on the phone rather clearly. Bath was great. The cold water tap in the bathroom was very difficult to turn on and get a good floe

Service was good, asked to change the room due to it smelling like cigarettes and was changed immediately. Quick customer service, would recommend

We stayed for two nights with our family at this beautiful hotel. The check-in process was very smooth, and we were able to access our rooms before the official check-in time stated on the website. The rooms were fantastic and offered a stunning ocean view. They also featured a beautiful bathtub on the balcony, spacious enough for two adults, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking sea view while bathing. After travelling through Thailand for two and a half weeks, we used these two nights to relax — and the hotel fully met our expectations. We particularly enjoyed unwinding by the pool and on the private beach. Finally, we would like to thank Bruce for his hospitality, genuine interest, and kindness throughout our stay. We will definitely visit again in the near future.

We only managed to stay one night there. Nice accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
