La chambre est petite, les volets de la fenetre de l'escalier qui ne sont pas accessibles clac dans le mur toute la nuit, pas de restauration, petit déjeuné fragile, établissement en vente, sa ce voit...

Je reste malgré tout interloquée, car rien de ce que vous écrivez ici n'est apparu lors de notre long échange cordial sur nos expériences : la genêse de mon établissement, et votre métier proche du mien..Vous avez choisi la chambre la plus petite, qui fait malgré tout 13 m2, alors que d'autres étaient disponibles et bien plus grandes ! La fenêtre non accessible est celle du désenfumage, qui, oui en effet, ne peut être fermée.. Pas de restauration : Vous êtes arrivés en fin de service dimanche soir et avez pu diner il me semble? Un petit déjeuner "fragile" : c'est un buffet à volonté sucré et salé, avec des produits locaux ou faits maison en circuit court (yaourts bio maison, fromages et charcuteries locales, oeufs), céréales bio, boissons chaudes et jus de fruits à volonté - Je crois que nous n'avons pas la même définition de "fragile" en effet..Si j'avais su je ne vous en aurait pas offert un, pour compenser votre plainte de fromage de raclette soi-disant "insuffisant".Enfin, oui, nous souhaitons céder cette belle affaire .. Et oui, ?a se voit, nous avons mis des panneaux A VENDRE à l'extérieur !

Scenic canal view room, tidy and clean, fully renovated washroom, quaint and elegant room decorations and quiet. Beautiful artwork throughout, the hotel staff engagement was excellent since check in and duration of stay. It was a pleasure celebrating our anniversary at Ambassade Hotel and we will definitely stay again here when we return to beautiful Amsterdam!

Very very beautiful. Very hospitable people. Activity nearby include snow bikes. The restaurant has beautiful views

The outside of the resort is nice. The rooms are a bit dated. I know they will be upgrading them soon but we walked over to The Riu next door which was less in price and the venue was very nice. Also the buffet at the next door venue is so much better. Riu Palace needs to upgrade their food. Also 3 different times we caught them using different alcohol and even water in their bottles. We saw another patron drink tequila and complained it was pure water. The bartender was so embarrassed and immediately fixed the situation. It’s honestly a nice property but needs upgrades.

Lovely area. Clean apartment and friendly reception staff. Nice and quiet too. Would definitely stay here again.

Very easy check-in & check-out. The room was clean. Super friendly staff at breakfast. It's a beautiful historic home.

The bad: The window in the room was cracked from top to bottom and “repaired” with packing tape. I informed the front desk within 15 minutes of check in - they did not change our room and said they would let the owner know. The tub / shower: sediment or rust came out of the tub faucet upon turning off the shower and made the bottom of the tub disgusting. The shower head sprayed water everywhere including half way up the back wall causing water to go out of the shower and flood the floor (yes we attempted to adjust the shower head but it did not fix the issue). The beds- firmness was fine but the bed was too small. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and received a room with smaller beds. Beds smaller than a queen are too small for my husband and I (we have a queen at home) so that made for an uncomfortable night. The good: the night clerk was very nice and the breakfast was very good.

The room hadn’t been cleaned. The internet didn’t work. The TV didn’t work. The front desk said they would let a manager know because it was so bad. I heard from anyone. If II could leave zero stars I would.
