Un sejour parfait ! Sarah et ses collegues sont aux petits soins avec nous. Nous venions pour notre anniversaire de mariage et un petit mot ainsi qu'un cadeau nous attendait dans notre chambre ! Surclassement suite à une erreur de ma part, on ne vous remerciera jamais assez d'avoir améliorer notre sejour chez vous.
D?ner à l'hotel : on vous le conseil, compliments au chef !
Petit déjeuner varié, confitures et fruits locaux.
Spa compris, sauna, hammam et piscine.
Nous reviendrons !

Beautiful hotel, well located, not far from Burabay National Park. The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are comfortable, the restaurant is very good, and the breakfast is excellent! I highly recommend it! Ideal place to spend several days.

Wir waren zum dritten Mal hier - aus guten Gründen. Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl. Das Hotel hat eine ruhige famili?re Atmosph?re, das Frühstück bietet eine unglaublich gro?e und leckere Auswahl. Wir hatten eine der Suiten mit toller Aussicht, viel Platz und an Ausstattung mit allem was man braucht. Dinner im Restaurant ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben sind die Mitarbeitenden, die unglaublich freundlich und kompetent dazu beigetragen haben, dass wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen:-)

Lovely hotel with stunning views very helpful and friendly staff. The bedrooms and en-suite were very clean and bed very comfortable. Sunday lunch was very nice and my overall stay was fabulous. Definitely be back and would recommend this hotel.

传统星级酒店，不算豪华，位于总统府对面，离各旅游景点也近，步行到能到达。酒店有地下车库，收费泊车，一般30欧左右，有点记不清了。

Staff were all so kind our entire stay. We arrived after a long ride in and they got us right into our room. The room was unbelievably quiet (707). No street noise at all which is never the case. Bed was comfortable, our bathroom was huge and bright, and the heated tile floors were a nice surprise. We would definitely stay here again.
