While I am not an expert on the specific requirements for a five-star rating, this hotel did not meet those expectations in my experience. Having an "old-style" design is perfectly fine, but many areas here are not well-maintained. For example, the towel holder was rusted and there was mold on the bathtub edge, as shown in my photos. Furthermore, the sauna and hammam look very different from the promotional images. This lack of upkeep might explain why the price is relatively low for a "five-star" property. There are many hotels in cities like Kyoto or Paris that preserve their original design while remaining perfectly maintained, but unfortunately, that was not the case here.

No hot water and staff attitude was deplorable. Will not be staying again in this lifetime......or the next! I should also point out that they should focus their efforts solely on the required necessities of guests and not second rate shows bands and uncelabrated acts nobody has heard of!

For now save yourself the terrible experience and don't go. Maybe in 6 months it will be better. First, I arrived with a reservation for a suite room and they said it was not available because the previous guest did not check out, but they could put me in a normal room. I really don't buy the story. Second, it seems they used to have 2 restaurants on the 2nd floor, but if you go "visit" them you find a construction site and plastic up. They clearly don't exist, so don't trust the dining options listed on the hotel website. Instead they are serving breakfast and dinner in the bar. The breakfast options are pretty limited and not really food safe. They have yogurt out on the counter in small bowls, but no cooling at all. Service was poor at best with waiters on their phones and not looking to see if anyone needs anything even though the "bar" was not that full. Third, the hotel is just run down. It is fully functional, but they really need to renovate the place. Maybe that is the plan. So until they fix up the place, find a different place to stay.

i made a error for the reservation and they didnt wanted to cancel and refund me or transfert my night to an another location.

very nice and quiet room, good roomservice, WiFi + TV working well; after renovation very comfortable bathroom / shower; we enjoyed the good breakfast buffet; very friendly staff

Quick easy check in, and honestly, the water pressure in the shower was 10/10!

Situated in a quiet location closer to the metro station. Overall ambience is good and their breakfast and dinner spreads were excellent. Rooms were clean and neat, but I was in 3rd floor facing the road, which didn't have good views around. DTH didn't have much channels for regional content. Though provided with a 4K Smart TV, smartness is locked and you can only use it as a monitor for SD quality DTH channels. Even if you have OTT subscriptions, one cannot use that to watch content in this hotel TV, which is a big let down. Service was good, but not excellent. For the price, it is not value for money.
