I bought vouchers via Itison to gift my dad for his birthday and he stayed with my mum and I shared with my friend at the beginning of February 2026. We were given rooms 1 and 2 which were modern and spacious with comfy beds, a sofa, huge bathroom, mini-bar stocked with water, beers, soft drinks and chocolate(additional charge). A hairdryer, extra heater, ironing facilities and fans were also provided as standard. Every detail had been thought of and we loved it. My dad keeps saying it has been one of his favourite places to stay in Stirling. The staff in the bar/restaurant or all warm, friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and there was a good atmosphere and buzz about the place showing its popularity with locals. We had breakfast included which was excellent and both mornings there were customers waiting outside to come in for breakfast which again shows how Fletcher's are doing things right with the locals. We ate in the bar with my parents and friend on the Sunday evening. Our mains and desserts were exceptional. It was the best cheesecake I have been served in a long time and their cocktails were also value for money and very tasty. We ate in my room with food from the bar on the Monday evening due to a busy few days and wanting to chill out. The chicken tempura we had was also fantastic. We would definitely stay again and will definitely visit for food and drinks again when in the local area thanks to the convenient car park at the rear of the venue and its close proximity to Stirling city centre. Keep up the good work Fletcher's and we look forward to visiting again soon.

Good place to relax. Great environment near nuwara weva. Nirosha the restaurant supervisor was very helpful. Great food too

Such a lovely spot. Location was perfect. Walked everywhere in town. Our Villa no.1 was gorgeous. Very stylishly & tastefully furnished. Equipped with everything we needed. Not spacious but totally adequate with great porch/deck area. Only complaint was top bedroom curtain didnt cover window & sun woke us before 6am every morning ??

Hotel quite old. Some furniture broke. Breakfast is okay.

The good: Lovely staff. Clean room. Comfortable beds. We enjoyed the spa one evening and had it to ourselves. Location is great. 5 minute walk to the old town. The bad: Overall the hotel just feels a little tired and run down. Carpet in the hallway is stained and worn. At least on the fourth floor. Also our key card never worked. We had to keep going downstairs to reset it every time we came back to the room.
