1. The actual room layout does not match the photos and is smaller than expected. 2. The shower was broken, and customer service responded very slowly. We ended up fixing it ourselves so that it was barely usable, and decided to just stay for the two nights as planned. 3. The bedside charging socket has a size restriction, preventing some plugs from fitting properly. 4. The washbasin in the toilet is very small. 5. The toilet paper looked as if it had been used and was not replaced with a new roll. In addition, the toilet space is cramped, so it’s very easy to knock the toilet paper onto the floor when pulling it. 6. The nearest railway station, Edgware Road, has no elevator—only stairs—so you have to carry your luggage yourself, which is troublesome if it’s heavy. If you prefer a step-free route, you can walk a bit farther to Paddington Station, about 8–10 minutes on foot. 7. You need to bring your own slippers and toothbrush set. 8. The room is very small, and it’s difficult to open two large suitcases.

Endroit surprenant et magique. Lodge au milieu de la jungle, superbe décor, excellent d?ner barbecue avec très bonne musique, directeur, Mr Fonseka, attentif. Pour le safari matinal tres bon chauffeur guide qui sait repérer les lieux où les animaux passent

Sercice was excellent especially the staffs sercing breakfast. Room was outdated. Bathtub needs to be change to a dated one.
