I arrived yesterday. Lots of road works on the way to hotel. Local area has an Eastern European feel to it. The natural surroundings are beautiful, unfortunately all the “man made” parts are either in need of some loving care or are still being build. Generally there are lots of items that look like they have been dumped as you walk from Becici to Budva town. The hotel is very average, not 4 star for sure. I’m in the old part of the hotel. The room is pleasant apart from the carpet, which looks very old and very dirty. I would not recommend this hotel if you are a non smoker. The first room I was offered stunk of cigarette smoke, so did the second room. I accepted the third room offered although it still smells, it’s not so bad. There are ashtrays in all rooms. The restaurant staff are miserable, and do nothing to make you feel welcome (especially the lady on the desk). The food is poor, apart from the salad and the pizzas. The deserts are all generic bought in, cheap and nasty cakes. There is no atmosphere whatsoever. None of the staff speak a word more than absolutely necessary. Well, I’ve tried it, and can’t say that I will ever come back.

Breakfast was excellent. Very fresh vegetables and fruit. Extremely nice staff. Beautiful view. Fresh air with some of the sliding glass doors open in the morning was wonderful. Very beautiful place.

It was a motel at hotel prices. Room was clean, but it is ageing. More importantly, the room was not sound proofed. Guildford sits right under the flight path, so we were woken by very low aircraft from very early in the morning. The pub was cool, but this was definitely a country pub with a motel attached, despite the rates and proximity to the city. It was okay. Might stay again, as it is close to my brother's house, but only if there is a good deal on rooms.

Nice clean room with a great view of the Alps. Suboptimal Spa area with nonfunctioning wet sauna. Outside pool is considered natural but is more like a pond. Inside pool is very nice. Breakfast consistently good with no wait. No work out center.

C’est un super endroit avec un excellent restaurant Personnel très accueillant et professionnel à recommander

Pretty place, room was a bit run down and small, especially bathroom , staff was lovely. Breakfast delicious but not overly generous

Beautiful location near Lake Tekapo with amazing scenery. The room was clean and comfortable, and the environment was quiet and relaxing. Great stop for our South Island journey.

Clean, modern, well appointed and laid out room. Very comfortable.

Nous n'avons malheureusement passé qu'une seule nuit dans ce lieu magnifique. Tout y était parfait, de l'accueil à la chambre sans oublier la piscine. Personnel très sympathique et arrangeant (une vidéo explicative nous a été envoyée par whatsapp car nous arrivions après les horaires d'accueil). De quoi se sustenter nous attendait dans la chambre. Si nous devons revenir à Marsala c'est ici que nous logerons sans hésiter.
