The room was very nice. However, the grate on the vent was filthy. I would suggest an extra dusting. Overall really cool hotel, nice bar and great location.

感觉不错的感觉。主要是店虽然比较旧但是看起来很衞生的感觉打扫的还是挺好的。总体来説比较满意吧酒店区位优势不错的

I booked into Kanan Inn Hotel and stayed 6 days after been refused to fly to Bangkok ( Medical reason.)Two days of tests etc at Salt Lake Hospital and got permission to fly …so just stayed longer at Kanan Inn until my agent booked me new flights to Australia.Amazing helpful staff.. but a big mention to Manager Debasish Das who was amazing and helpful. I will stay here on future trips ( Been to Kolkata about 15 times.) Only 2 km from Airport with shops all around the Dum Dum area… can buy anything here.Anyway thankyou Kanan Inn.??

The linen was dirty and soiled. Blanket had a huge brown circular stain at least 20 inches in diameter. We requested for change of linen but it was no better. The hotel needs new linen. Restaurant staff was nice but the food wasn't. Some of the food had no taste. The shuttle to the temple didn't come for a long time and we had to wait more than an hour.

乾净，价格合理， 位置好， 楼下就是一个小公园，早晚可以跑步锻链， 可以走路到greenbelt 逛街。 出门打车的话避开高峯期吧，makati太堵车。

Dear Hotel Manager, I am very disappointed with my stay at your hotel. The tv in the room was not working, and the refrigerator was also not working. I reported these problems, but they were not fixed. Most importantly, I have a handicapped son, and I specifically requested an accessible room. When we arrived, we were not given an accessible room, which made our stay very difficult and uncomfortable. This is unacceptable, especially for a family with a disability.
