Excellent hotel, sleek by design, good quality rooms, and beautiful views. We will 100% be booking again as frequently in Birmingham. This is in my Top 2 hotels in the city based upon our experience on Friday.

This is a beautiful location, beside a lake, with hill views. We stayed for 2 nights in a lakeside cabin with deck, overlooking the lake. The cabin was very comfortable and had everything we wanted. The staff were all friendly and efficient. They shared information and advised on the locality as well as transport for our onward journey. The massages we had in the onsite spa were exceptional. The swimming pool and surrounding area with the terrific views were very relaxing. We had breakfast and dinner at the resort and the food was local and delicious - even without alcohol. We will happily return again

Nous avons passé une semaine en pension complète , l’emplacement de la résidence est au calme et se situe au pied des pistes . Chambre juste correcte . Restauration de cantine , peu élaborée et insipide.salles très bruyantes !

房间不大但是很乾净，厕所有可以烘乾衣服的暖气架，服务非常周到，每层楼都有免费自助白开水和气泡水。酒店提供收费的接送机（客运大楼-酒店）服务，5欧一人。 缺点是酒店位置有点偏，如果坐机场的T2 bus（机场穿梭巴士）的话，最好提前跟司机确认一下下车地点，下车后还需步行7分钟左右。 另外注意：马尔彭萨T2没有行李寄存地点！！！存行李需要在T1到达0层，小件8欧/天，大件10欧/天，晚上9点关门。

Everything is okay...so-so just the cleanliness umm there are lot of cockroaches that only will appear when i come back to the room...a bit uncomfortable to think that night maybe they will crawl to our bed...please...do a pest control at least...Everything is great EXCEPT THE COCKROACHES!!!

Lovely hotel even in winter! Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff excellent very helpful. The spa is a treat especially the steam room. Delicious wines and salads. This is a special place.
