这家企业做的非常细化专业，到处彰显品牌，注重细节，住了那么多酒店，要算这家记忆深刻：第一衞生无可挑剔，很乾净，很整洁，细节做得到位，第二，服务态度很好很有礼貌热情大方，有爱心；第三，位置很好，去高铁站很近，只有900米左右，去古城就是酒店对面的八路车，去洱海步行都可以到，所以离洱海近去古城方便，与市中心相连买东西方便，第四：设施设备齐全完善，有健身房会议室洗衣房免费的停车场，大唐奢华豪气设计感非常时尚有超前的审美，第五：早餐丰富种类多样让我念念不忘，总之这个酒店给人留下深刻的印象洗漱的一次性用品，牙膏都可以用两星期左右很大很多洗漱的都是国际大品牌，我会推荐我的朋友来大理就住那佳度假酒店……

Excellent food and service both for evening meal and breakfast. We had the private dining room, which for a larger party I really can recommend. Though we were not required to we pre-ordered which made the whole evening seamless. Probably just me but there were 6 different light switches in the room. Finding the right combination for bathroom, ceiling and bedside trial and error.

We had a wonderful stay at the Waves resort and would definitely recommend it. The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. There was a good variety of food options, and everything we tried was enjoyable. The spa was a highlight, truly a great experience and perfect for unwinding. We also appreciated the strong and reliable WiFi coverage throughout the property. The staff were friendly and helpful across the board, but a special mention goes to Kevin, who took the time during the orientation day to clearly explain everything and make us feel right at home. Overall, a great experience and a place we would happily return to.

早餐可以试一次，每天就受不了。饭店被坟场包围。房间内没有茶包、咖啡包、热水壶，在一楼有冷、热水供应。

1.我们又住了两晚，管家天天工作依旧及时给力，必须加??。看我们抓了好多娃娃??' ?' 2.房间布置很梦幻，但是有些细节待改善。比如二楼小童房可以考虑加个插座。每天拔了枱灯才能给手机充电，但是距离床太远，可以考虑加高或者设定隐形插座。榻榻米设定标线，刚入住我们大人每天差点被绊倒好几次，后来我放个孩子玩具在榻榻米旁边，提醒有高度差有台阶。 两个洗手池晚上都反味，按上也会有。 其次大暴雨来时，阳台排水不给力，晚一点发现，水顺着门缝溢到屋里了。还是管家天天过来及时处理。然后二楼又跳闸了，天天帮忙安排师傅过来维修的。自助餐生蚝排队排到怀疑人生，建议增加一名师傅。 3.优点还是房间设施新和乾净，景色美，服务好，以至于我现在去另一个五星酒店有点不适应公共区域的衞生。 4.每天不同大兔子过来和小朋友互动，小朋友很高兴。浴巾浴袍很乾净，我敢给孩子使用。 下了几天暴雨好多项目没来及体验，等年底或者明年再来??希望越来越好。

Great Location on the foreshore, the cleanliness was not the best but Id would stay again.

"The hotel service is terrible. They frequently fail to provide bottled water and tea bags. On top of that, the room has very poor soundproofing. The drainage in the bathroom is incredibly slow, and the toilet flushing mechanism is also very weak."
