If you are looking for a decent place to stay, keep scrolling. My 3-day stay at Hotel Sagar Sangam was easily the worst hospitality experience I’ve ever had. This isn’t a hotel for travelers; it’s a shady establishment that seems to cater exclusively to short-stay hourly guests. The Room: Unsanitary and Neglected ? The Walls: Covered in thick patches of seepage and mold. It felt damp and smelled worse. ? The Bedding: The bedsheets were literally riddled with cigarette burn holes. It’s clear they don’t prioritize hygiene or basic maintenance. ? The Pests: Mosquitoes were everywhere. I spent more time swatting bugs than actually sleeping. The Service: Dishonest and Unprofessional ? Hidden Costs: My booking explicitly included water bottles, yet the staff charged me for them. To make matters worse, they charged 1.5 times the actual MRP. ? Atmosphere: The vibe is incredibly sketchy. It is very much a "1-2 hour stay" kind of place, making it uncomfortable for anyone looking for a legitimate, safe, or peaceful stay. Booking & Support (Cleartrip) I booked this through Cleartrip, but don't expect them to have your back. Despite raising a formal complaint regarding the conditions and the overcharging, I received zero support or resolution from their end. Final Verdict: Do not book Hotel Sagar Sangam. It is unhygienic, overpriced, and shady. Save your money and your peace of mind by staying literally anywhere else.

The room was very dirty and run down. Walking across the floor without shoes turned my feet black with dirt.

This hotel was wonderful. It’s brand new. The rooms are nicely appointed and spacious. Most rooms have a magnificent lake front view and a balcony. The hotel is located near the town center and restaurants and bars. It has a restaurant which served delicious food. The staff is friendly. I’d recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in BARILOCHE

Un posto semplicemente fantastico! Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti. Sei in centro ed hai tutto a portata di mano. Gli appartamenti sono bellissimi e il garage è un plus straordinario. Palazzo del Carretto è il mio posto del cuore a Torino!

Beautiful spacious room and bathroom, crisp white bed linen and towels wonderful helpful friendly staff. Facilities exceptional. Old town magical wish I had more time to enjoy.

We popped in here for lunch on Friday in the Pump Bar. Our starters of Moules and leek and potato soup were absolutely delicious as were the mains of chicken supreme and crab ramekin. Service was friendly, efficient and very professional. There is a 10% service charge added to the bill but we were made aware of this as soon as we were given the bill and asked if we were happy with it, which we definitely were. It makes a refreshing change to some restaurants that sneak it onto the bill with no mention of it anywhere! I fully recommend a meal here, whether it be in the cosy Pump Bar or the restaurant itself.

Ok, but i need to comment a bit. Toilet slippery, when enter the room my feet turn greyish bcoz of dust. Overall ok, nice room and easy to access.
