The staff were very helpful. The rooms were great the food was amazing

Katastrophaler Aufenthalt – absolut nicht wie beschrieben Dieses Hotel hat rein gar nichts mit dem zu tun, was in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos versprochen wird. Fangen wir beim ?Pool“ an: Es gibt schlicht keinen. Punkt. Dafür aber gro?e Versprechen im Angebot. Der angeblich ?saubere Privatstrand“ entpuppte sich als ungepflegter, dreckiger Strandabschnitt, der mit den Bildern aus der Buchung ungef?hr so viel gemeinsam hat wie ein Parkplatz mit einer Postkarte aus der Karibik. Die Einrichtung ist komplett abgenutzt und veraltet – M?bel kaputt, alles wirkt lieblos und heruntergewirtschaftet. Wohlfühlen? Fehlanzeige. Besonders dreist: All Inclusive war gebucht, vor Ort hie? es dann pl?tzlich, Essen und Getr?nke seien nicht inklusive. Man durfte also für mittelm??iges Essen und billige Getr?nke extra zahlen. Absolute Abzocke. Insgesamt: Irreführende Beschreibung, falsche Fotos und leere Versprechen. Dieses Hotel lebt offenbar davon, G?ste mit sch?nen Bildern zu k?dern und dann eiskalt zu entt?uschen. Wir würden hier nie wieder buchen und k?nnen nur dringend davon abraten.

We stayed for 4 nights in this lovely hotel. Our room was lovely and had great views across the Mekong River. The restaurant served great food at a very reasonable price considering how isolated the hotel is. From the hotel you can walk or cycle around the island. There are local villages to explore with some lovely people. The breakfast was great and the staff so helpful. The men who operate the boat service to and from the island in particular work so hard. We got a massage when we arrived which was much appreciated! Just to mention the bungalows are not detached and we found noise from our neighbours especially when they were in the bathroom. You can hear literally everything! Fortunately for us our neighbours were very quiet but if you had a noisy couple next door it could be an issue! In addition there was a festival on at the Wat Phou Temple when we arrived which was fortunately its last day. It was very noisy that night as the sound travelled across the water. The hotel provided ear plugs and thankfully the rest of our stay was peaceful I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Hotel has Beautiful nile view but the facilities are old and out of date, other hotels i stayed in egypt r all provided unlimited bottle of water, but not here. Great thing is the staff at reception very helpful.? Ahemd (if i remember correctly) who is in charge of night shift at reception very welcoming and full of humor. Released our stress from luxor airport to City at mid night? Well done!

I punti di forza di questo hotel sono : La cordialità e simpatia del personale tutto che ti fa sentire a casa; poter partire dall'hotel con gli sci ai piedi nel più bel comprensorio sciistico che io conosca ( Alta Badia); La buona cucina , curata senza essere esagerata come a casa. Da migliorare : gli arredi di alcune stanze, da aggiungere qualche intrattenimento per i bambini

La cucina merita una menzione speciale: piatti sempre abbondanti, vari e curati, con ingredienti di qualità e grande attenzione ai dettagli. Ogni pasto è stato un vero piacere, capace di soddisfare tutti i gusti. Le camere sono spaziose, pulitissime e ben organizzate, con un comfort che fa sentire subito a casa. La pulizia è impeccabile e l'ordine è sempre garantito. Ottima anche l'organizzazione generale dell'hotel: tutto funziona alla perfezione, il personale è gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto a venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti, creando un clima accogliente e rilassante. Ma il vero fiore all'occhiello è senza dubbio l'animazione. Un grazie enorme al capo animatore Carlo, una persona carismatica, coinvolgente e sempre sorridente, capace di creare un'atmosfera unica e divertente per grandi e piccoli. Insieme alle sue bravissime ragazze Pia, Alessia, Giorgia e Ludovica, ha reso ogni giornata speciale con attività, giochi, spettacoli serali e tanta energia positiva. Un gruppo affiatato, professionale e con una passione contagiosa che fa davvero la differenza.

From Amy at the front desk to our amazing, clean and very nicely decorated, two room suite, we can not say enough great things about this awesome hotel. The Chaz Steakhouse downstairs did not disappoint either….. We enjoyed a delicious meal, with great live entertainment!

Das Hotel La Bisaccia ist ein sch?nes Hotel mit toller Aussicht. Ganz besonders herausragend ist die Lage (direkt am Meer), das Restaurant und die Zimmer. Beim Check-in war die Junior Suite meiner Eltern nicht verfügbar und sie wurden für eine Nacht in einem sehr kleinen Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick untergebracht. Es wurde von ihnen erwartet, dass sie am n?chsten Morgen auschecken und am Nachmittag ins Zimmer einchecken, ohne dass man ihnen entgegen kam. Als Receptionistin finde ich das unakzeptabel. Ab der zweiten Nacht war aber alles perfekt. Leider ist der Hotelpool ein Salzwasserpool. Es ist ebenfalls ziemlich umst?ndlich, die Badetücher zu erhalten, da man dies über Karten regelt, die man eintauscht. Zudem vielen Dank an das Restaurant Personal! Ihr habt uns super bedient!

Location is perfect, right across the Convention Center. The hotel is in serious need of renovation, everything looks outdated, from furniture, elevator interiors, rugs and wall papers! Beds are great!
