Stayed here for work. I’d describe this as a pub with rooms. The room was quite small and the tv didn’t work but it was quiet and I slept well. Dinner was really nice - freshly cooked and the restaurant was busy which was a good sign. Nice cosy place with a wood burner in the bar.

This hotel is not worth the money! Within 15 minds of being in the room, we had to call for maintence due to toilet not flushing. It is advertised to have a gateway to NRG stadium which in fact it does, however they cant open it! It is up to the NRG Stadium workers as to when it opens, so we had to walk all the around. I asked several times for the manger and he was always unavailable, I will be calling back Monday! The trash and beer cans that were thrown all over the lobby and the trash cans outside that were not emptied was nasty. Upon getting ready to leave this morning there was not hot water to shower. Breakfast is not included in the outrageous price of a motel, its $17/person and its hotel breakfast, that you serve yourself. I was disappointed in this hotel for the money, Will never stay here again!!!!!

They don't allow rebooking stay since our flight was cancelled due to typhoon. Phillipines Airlines already rebooked our flight, how come their hotel won't rebook our stay. They steal our money for that, they get paid but wr didn't stay. Poor management

Lady that checked us in was lovely. All other members of staff where obviously very unhappy in there job and wasn't afraid to show us this. They where all miserable and rude and if we asked for anything it was met with huffs puffs and general rudeness. As you walk in the place stinks of old chip fat oil. At breakfast time the burnt oil smell leaks into the rooms.

房间小可以理解，因为预订的时候就写着平米数，明明订的是四星级的大床房，房间窗户完全被旁边楼间距不超过三米的楼挡的严严实实一点阳光都没有，感觉像是没有窗户的特价房，酒店在一个小巷子里，墨尔本市区本来就不大，真心不建议住在这，体验感太差了。前台的亚洲女生笑呵呵的给了我间最差的房间……so mean

ich fand es nicht in Ordnung - kam um 21:30 an kein Parkplatz, da ein Teil der Garage privat vermietet ist. Suche vor der Tür dauerte 20min und parkm?glichkeit war 1 KM weiter. Heizlüfter im Zimmer machte L?rm oder es wurde kalt. Das Frühstück ist für 16,xx unverh?ltnism??ig. 1 Kaffeeautomat und das Personal kommt beim Nachlegen von Essen nicht hinterher... sorry, da gehe ich lieber woanders hin.

We stayed on 10.02.26 to 12.02.26. The stay was comfortable. The food is good. Shri Surendra Chavan was very helpful during the stay, specially arranging the safari as we did not have jeep booking. The other staff is cordial, helpful and humble.

Simpele maar propere kamer. Vriendelijk personeel.
