An excellent hotel, with a wonderful breakfast, very good cleanliness, and very friendly staff. The only downside was that the refrigerator in the room where I stayed had a defect and made an unpleasant noise, sometimes quite loud, even waking us up during the night. Room 202, 2nd floor.

Just stayed one night but wished we had stayed longer. Excellent property. Activities sounded amazing! Food was delicious 10/10 experience

Depuis le changement de propriétaire, les prix du restaurant ont augmenté de 4 à 5 euros selon les plats, sans augmenter la quantité, mais la qualité demeure. Concernant les chambres, il manque toujours de quoi faire sécher les serviettes de toilette, patères ou tringles. Le petit déjeuner, il manque un réassort tout au long de la matinée... Le personnel reste sympathique, notamment la personne qui fait les chambres ??

Very nice hotel. Clean and well maintained. Came to town for a Reds game and we don't like to stay downtown and this location is great.

We have stayed here many times. We love this hotel. Close to the pier and town. Lovely surroundings. Lobby clean and tidy, smart in appearance. Fantastic quiet room, located in the back of the hotel (as requested). Very peaceful and comfortable. The staff as always extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast fresh and tasty. I would of preferred a bit of fresh fruit for an option but overall very happy with it. My husband couldn't finish all the breakfast (which doesn't happen often :) ) Bonus = parking. Great one night's stay. Thank you.

Was nice hotel etc but our room was so hot and which made it uncomfortable and the tv was not working we didn’t find out till like 2145 at the night and they did offer to move room but they should of checked before hand especially in a hotel like that just ruined the whole experience

Everything was great here the environment, the room, the service, and all the facilities were good. The beverages at the cafe were delicious, and the food from the restaurant tasted satisfying. My kid also loved the fish pond feeding time.
However, the breakfast was just so-so. I hope it will be improved by my next visit. Despite that minor issue, it is still a highly recommended place for a family getaway.

amazing experience and wonderful place to stay. the room has the sunrise view which you are able to view just from your bed/room. it was a pleasant stay for my fiancé and myself!
