Booked 2 nights in an accessible room as I broke my knee while skiing. We were also having a bathroom renovation. So pleased we did this. We enjoyed a very restful weekend. The beefeater pub attached made it feel like a mini break . We could relax and socialise without venturing outside. Like to thank Tracy for all her help with the booking. The accessible wet room was great and very fit for purpose. Only criticism when sitting on the shower seat the shower gel is behind you making it slightly awkward to access but throughly enjoyed long showers.

Staff were lovely. Room had some fresh paint , was clean but shower head not attached properly. The bar area smelt fousty, food wasn't great. Generally building was tired looking. Spa facilities weren't available and not notified until asked to use them.

Stayed in top floor 3 bed apartment. Nice apartment with huge balcony and lovely views. The jacuzzi wasn’t great and was cold. The bedrooms faced the busy street at the back of the building and were very noisy on a weekend night. Also, for the price, think the apartment should have been serviced - even just a basic one.

A nice, clean hotel. Very quiet and peaceful. Friendly and approachable staff. Meals were very generous, filling and delicious! Breakfast was a mix of continental and cooked so it set us up for the day. Would love to come back.
