离巴黎东站/北站非常近,地理位置不错也不吵,但是周边环境有些复杂,还有不少地方在装修,酒店外面不太乾净,酒店内部/房间里比较乾净

This is the 3rd time staying here.
Really comfortable place to stay, they allow Dogs and straight outside your door there is a huge field to walk them. The breakfast is continental but I would highly recommend paying for the full English! It’s beautiful. The host is very polite and always very chatty.
We will be back again soon.

Only ok. Nothing bad, just everything not great.
Poor wifi, hard bed, mediocre shower, thin walks so noisy. Annoyance at check-in asking for a physical CC which no one carries any longer.
Positives are good location walk to beach and restaurants/club.
For the price I’ll be looking elsewhere.

Valet parking was slow and congested, lack of ANY housekeeping is just lazy and money saving for the hotel. Sofa beds are notoriously uncomfortable but this one was a literal slab. Staff was very friendly and the space in the room was nice.

Bad air quality in room 109 - smell of mold. Informed front desk immediately after check in. There is no air flow as the window in the bathroom does not open. Only a small window next to the bed high up. I opened the door for an hour and the tiny window. Did not improve materially. Was not contacted again by front desk - they hope you don't complain anymore without fixing the actual problem - its a construction/ maintenance issue - the Italian way of business. There is no noise insulation either. The floors are stone, you hear everything from other guests. At 7am you are wide awake from the noise by housekeeping. I am platinum with accor and I would not stay in this hotel again. It has wonderful historic detail and is stylish but they cant get the basics right - thats modern Italy for you in a nutshell.

However, we would like to point out that, following your report, our staff intervened after you left the room with a treatment of the environment and ensured regular airflow in between the room window and the main door. After this we did check the situation and did not find any irregularities.We would also like to inform you that our housekeeping service does not operate before 8:30 a.m.; therefore, the noises you heard were most likely caused by other guests who were heading to the breakfast area.In any case, we hope you will choose to stay with us again in the future and have a more positive experience.Kind regards,
