I stayed one night at Fuji Marriott Hotel Lake Yamanaka and really enjoyed the beautiful view of Mount Fuji from my room. The breakfast was very nice with a good variety of food. However, one thing that disappointed me was that I couldn’t turn off the hot spring water in the room. The running water sound made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Since I was only staying for one night, I didn’t request a room change. Another area for improvement is that the staff could be more proactive in assisting guests with their baggage upon arrival. The hotel’s location is far away from the train station, but we drove there so it was fine. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a stunning view and great breakfast, but there’s some room for improvement in comfort and service attentiveness.

had to go to Filey for a family funeral and the welcome and service was fantastic. Everyone was really friendly but Kevin deserves a special mention, he was superb, so helpful and kind. Let's not forget the food, I don't eat fish so my choices were slightly limited but the food I chose at dinner was fantastic. Even better was breakfast, everything was so tasty. well presented and nothing was too much trouble. Even though we were there for a funeral, we all really ENJOYED our stay. Thankyou.

I never seen such hotel who don’t care about customer service! I will never come back on this hotel, front desk cannot even smile when serving nor knows how to greet customer. Such an expensive hotel but no customer service, no hot water and AC not working proper!!!! I regret staying here….

Good hotel in the budget. Privacy is a bit issue. You can here other room noice. Location is good but lot of stairs. View is also not disappointing. Good view room on top.

Staff at front desk great. Employee working in the breakfast area was very helpful and polite. Room was very clean.
