We had a reservation at Orbi Hotel in Batumi, and it was an absolute nightmare. Upon arrival, we were told our room was “damaged” and pressured to pay extra for another room. When we refused, they said we could stay in the same room but without breakfast, claiming the person responsible for breakfast was sick. Their excuses were inconsistent and clearly misleading. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. When we said we didn’t want to stay under these conditions, they told us, “If you don’t want it, then leave.” This hotel is deceptive and untrustworthy – do not book here.

Lizzy Wasi is a beautiful, tranquil oasis on the edge of Urubamba, in the heart of the Secret Valley. With llamas in the gardens and a beautifully planted and planned estate, it’s the perfect place to unwind, between trips up and down the valley

The room was very clean and tidy the only problem was the water system was a little noisy.

The hotel has amazing service with a great staff that serves tasty food and meets all their customers' needs.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Very convenient for cycling the Kawatiri Trail.

The views were excellent, and the rooms were satisfactory. While the cleaning could have been better, it was not the worst I have encountered. The furniture appeared a bit dated, but this was not a significant issue. Air conditioning was available in every room; however, I had the impression that it was set not to cool below a certain temperature. The parking space presented some challenges, particularly for larger vehicles, due to the narrow and steep roads. I observed some insects in the stairwell, which is understandable given the tropical surroundings. The cupboards and dishes were clean, and most essential cooking appliances were provided. Overall, we were very pleased with our choice of accommodation. Please be aware that the internet service may not be reliable.

Room was Comfortable Except there wasn't a light in the Wardrobe So it was quite Dark
