Most are good and new but limited parking and elevator needs upgraded

Had a wonderful short stay whilst travelling for business. The facilities are well kept, the rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and always helpful!

My recent two-day stay was met with a warm welcome and excellent assistance. The room ambiance provided a pleasant environment throughout my visit. While the food certainly requires some improvement, the overall experience was quite enjoyable. I appreciate the hospitality offered during my time there.

Would like to see Jacuzzi in future in the rooms. And also big swimming pool. Also normalize cooking more food and desert.

We came here for a day visit with family from Australia and we loved the place. Location is perfect for both Dambulla and Sigiriya. Beautiful atmosphere overlooking the lake, spacious rooms, clean and cosy. Service was excellent by the staff and good spread of food in buffet dinner and breakfast. Exceeding our expectations!

The room was warm, comfortable and quiet. The pub had am extensive menu and I was happy with what I ordered.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Facilities were clean.

Great Hotel, location is unbeatable. Super clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing. Didn’t eat there so can’t comment on food.

Very disappointing Sunday Lunch. The ambience was nice, fire on and some live music, parking available. We have eaten here before and thought we'd try the Sunday Roast, unfortunately while cooked well there was very little meat, items that usually come as standard were charged extra, stuffing a ￡5.00 add on which was not vety tasty. We were lucky enough to get the beef meat roast, one of the last at 1.30pm. The table next to us of 4 retired couples who had booked in advance were told there was no meat roasts left to choose from. The waiter was unapologetic and no concessions / or compensation was made. I started life as a waitress and I've rarely seen such complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Very poor show for an Island business, chef and management. If you have prebooked tables, there should be enough roasts prepared to match your bookings! You may run out of one type of meat if it proves popular but to run out of all roast meats by 2pm, just very poor business indeed!
