Great location near Chermside plaza. Good under cover parking. The included’Grab and Go’ breakfast which included cereal , canned fruit ,bread and jam etc which you collect near reception and take to your apartment to prepare was a good inclusion. One bedroom apartment was very spacious. Staff were very helpful. Good WiFi.

Siamo tornati in questo Hotel dopo tanti anni ed abbiamo ritrovato quell'atmosfera tranquilla e confortevole che cercavamo. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e sempre pronto ad accontentarci . Bella la camera e gli spazi comuni. Sicuramente consigliato

As per my title stunning service & great food. Its rare I use the word stunning when referring to hotel service but yes it was. Friendly, personable, informing, helpful, polite & professional. Whilst its a small hotel we were given a quick helpful tour before our bags were taken to our room. There was no was I was going to be allowed to carry my own. Loved the great breakfast & fabulous evening meal served on white table cloths… a real treat indeed. Thank you, we’ll be back.

Room was really nice and clean. Plenty of pillows and towels. Front desk staff was very nice!

Pros: Staff was courteous and hotel was in a great location (part of the beach walk). Daily complimentary coffee was great. property was well kept and beautifully landscaped. Fully loaded gym.
Cons: Fridge in room leaked. No daily room cleaning. No room service. Whenever someone directly above us used a sink or the toilet our pipes made a loud rattling noise that woke us up several times overnight. No vending machines. No outside seating, we had a Juliet balcony, standing only.

Die neu renovierten Zimmer haben mich positiv überrascht. Designerm?bel, ein modernes Bad und ein insgesamt sehr angenehmes Raumgefühl. Alles wirkt hochwertig, aber trotzdem gemütlich. Der Wellnessbereich ist klein, reicht aber vollkommen aus, um zwischendurch abzuschalten.
