Came last week for a Saturday night date.. we had the best time room was so aesthetically pleasing the view of London city is insane the sunrise wakes you up and we got a free upgrade from a micro studio to a suite so much so we booked another night - 1 week later we had an event to attend and so booked the same place and a suite this time only to again be upgraded to the 22nd (Top) floor with a great view and amenities! Perfect location. The hotel is spotless throughout, with compact but very clean rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was good and enjoyed at the rooftop facility. Staff members are friendly and helpful, and getting around as a tourist is very easy. The 24-hour reception is a great bonus, and the cleaners do an excellent job. Highly recommended. A small fridge in the room would be a great addition

We were initially transferred to another establishment without any prior notice, which was already a disappointing start. The room we were given faced the neighbouring sewage pipes, and the bathroom was extremely cramped—when seated on the toilet, my knees were touching the wall, and I am of average height. The toilet bowl itself was also unusually small. What I cannot understand is why we were placed in a non?view room when other, better rooms were clearly available. It left us with the impression that, because we booked from abroad (Singapore), we were not given the same consideration as other guests. To be fair, the breakfast was good, but overall the experience did not meet expectations.

Overall, nice hotel.

La habitación limpia, aunque la cama y las sábanas no fueron del todo buenas. Desde temprano se les acabaron las botellas de agua y sólo llevando una botella vacía o un termo te lo rellenaban. La atención del personal fue muy buena.

Very much good

Habitación muy limpia y agradable, muy cómoda, nos ha encantado. Hotel muy céntrico, aunque puede costar encontrar parking pero se acaba encontrando en los alrededores. Desayuno estupendo. Personal muy amable. Nos ha gustado todo del hotel y habitación.
