We have stayed several times at this hotel and have never been disappointed. The staff are very attentive and the highest standards are always maintained. Dining is a great pleasure, with delicious food elegantly presented.

Nettes Hotel, supernettes Personal, sauber und ordentlich. Das Essen reichhaltig und lecker. Der Chef hat alles im Griff, sehr sympathisch und ein toller italienischer Tenor.

Hotel rooms fab and a great location
Food was average re dinner.
Breakfast was poor. Bacon wet and under cooked and black pudding was hard and like an ice hockey puck.
Staff and management pleasant and helped if you needed it.
Limited parking but other parking available local to the hotel.

The food was amazing but the room was fine just the sea view was worth it. The service was slow , in the restaurant the tables were left dirty, chairs were dirty and maybe to save electricity the staff was switching off the fans leaving us in a hot atmosphere, everyone even started sweating . The complimentary breakfast in the bakery section had a cockroach crawling and the breakfast was cold and didn’t taste good , the eggs were also smelling

Great location, they love dogs & very welcoming, excellent staff with good local knowledge, cannot fault the FREE train service to Austria, ONLY through the hotel pass, clean, large room, with fridge & coffee machine, good breakfast choice, 10 minute walk to town & train station, 5 minute walk to pub with awesome food, but REALLY, REALLY busy pub. There has to be a negative, unfortunately we didn’t find the bar open at all and the alcoholic vending machine was CASH ONLY!!

Room needed maintenance.
Front door didn’t lock very well.
Shower head was spouting water all over the place and fixed it with a face washer hanging over it.
PowerPoint above vanity didn’t work, probably due to water from shower head
Bed was way too soft.
Water temperature in bathroom was so hot it could burn you, but water pressure was fine.
