Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno assolutamente meraviglioso in questo hotel. La struttura è splendida e situata in una posizione ideale, a soli 50 metri dal mare, in un ambiente tranquillo e allo stesso tempo a cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione — una posizione perfetta. Il letto è di eccellente qualità: abbiamo dormito come su una nuvola. Il bagno, completamente rinnovato, è moderno, funzionale e molto piacevole. Anche la camera è contemporanea e perfettamente attrezzata, non manca nulla per sentirsi a proprio agio. La colazione merita una menzione speciale: una vera delizia! Tutto era delizioso, vario e preparato con cura. L’intero hotel è di una pulizia impeccabile e molto ben mantenuto. Nice to stay !very close to the sbb station

Un endroit de calme et volupté. Une plage avec du sable blanc sans cailloux, un personnel agréable et discret et attentionné. La nourriture est fra?che et servie copieusement. Testé le morijho excellemment dosé. Le spa est la cerise sur le gateau après une journee à la plage. Un endroit à réserver sans hésitation.

We celebrated my wife’s birthday at Corianthans Restaurant and had a truly wonderful experience. The team made the celebration extra special by arranging a lovely birthday cake, which was a very thoughtful gesture and made the occasion memorable. The food, ambiance, and hospitality were excellent throughout. A special thanks to Chef Kasim & also to Mannmath, and Aditya for their outstanding support, warm service, and attention to detail. Highly recommended for family celebrations and special occasions.

Everything was clearly well thought out with the guest in mind. The view from the hotel is remarkable. A suggestion would be when a senior guest checks in, automatically assign a room with a shower as a tub arrangement is difficult for a senior to manage.

I had two rooms booked and knew check-in was at 4:00 p.m. One room was for my elderly parents, as we were heading back to Portland from Bar Harbor before our flight on Monday. I arrived early, and the woman at the front desk was incredibly polite. She let me know one room was already available and that I was eligible for a late checkout as a member. She also reminded me that breakfast was included in my reservation. She was very professional. After touring the city for several hours, I returned around 3 p.m. to check if my second room was ready. The gentleman at the desk was incredibly rude, snapping at me to remind me that check-in wasn't until 4 p.m. I explained that I was aware and simply checking for availability, which it turned out there was. He proceeded to check me in but failed to mention my late checkout eligibility or breakfast until I brought them up myself. I felt like a burden rather than a customer. As a former business traveler who held platinum status with Starwood Resorts before the Marriott acquisition, I have always enjoyed staying at Westin hotels. This Sunday was not a good experience. I have never felt so uncomfortable checking into a hotel; the front desk agent looked down on my family, which I did not appreciate. To end on a positive note, our breakfast server was kind and lovely. However, my interaction with the front desk staff left such a bad taste in my mouth that I felt compelled to share this feedback.

Despite being in low season the Bar persons, where just not paying attention resulting in the service was not conducted, or you had to ask several times. Not because they looked busy, more because they preferred to talk with each other. Beside that the stay was fine

Tranquil hotel within walking distance to town. Nice view of town from the property. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was large with medieval touches.
