Wonderful Stay – Helpful Staff & Smart Toilet (A Must for Indonesians!) ?????????? We had a fantastic stay at Yanlu Library Shangrila Hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful – they answered every question we had about traveling around Shangrila. Upon check-in, they helped us carry our luggage upstairs even though there is no lift. Honestly, it wasn't a problem at all because they were so attentive and made the process easy. They also introduced all the hotel facilities and nearby tourist attractions, which helped us get familiar with the area quickly. One staff member even helped solve my ******* delivery app problem, introduced local specialties, and was always ready to help whenever we needed anything. A special thank you to Ms. Pan and Mr. Qiu – you two are the best! Your kindness and professionalism made our trip much more enjoyable. Now, the most important thing for Indonesian travelers like us: the smart toilet with bidet! We had been traveling in Yunnan for 8 days before arriving here, and this was the first time we found a toilet with a bidet. What a relief! After days without one, this felt like absolute luxury. If you're looking for a cozy, well-located hotel in Shangrila with genuinely helpful staff and thoughtful facilities, look no further. Highly recommended!
