在吉隆坡3年，每次都住这个酒店公寓。今天入住体验感太差、预订了29天的住房。12号从一间房换成2间房，提前1天和前台沟通后面19天的两间房能不能在同一层，因为行李太多能不能早一点入住，前台説先退房，12点以后有空房可以先给一间房。结果在大厅等到3点才能办理入住，3点办理入住，告知房间没有打扫好，让我等30分钟，我3点45再次办理入住仍然没有打扫好衞生。最后告知我们3点57在办理入住。办理的时候只有一间房间打扫好衞生。已经非常生气和前台沟通入住事件。（忘记了我在1点50左右问过一次前台能否办理入住，一个印度裔又瘦又黑的女生説，提前入住加50元。不是没有房间，不是没有打扫好衞生。为什么价钱了就有房间，应该3点以后的正常入住就没有房间，让我一直等到4点。以后入住别备注也许有房间，提前入住也不需要价钱。）想想泰国现在的经济形势，别变成你们的将来。

Always stay here due to convenience of location. But the staff is still not my best preference. Too cold

Inizio col dire che la posizione é ottimale,direttamente su piste. l'organizzazione é eccezionale, non avevamo mai lasciato i bambini di 4 e 6 anni in altri family hotel,ma qui ci siamo sentiti tranquilli, si sono divertiti,seguiti in tutto,dallo sciare al pranzare...Complimenti allo staff del ristorante, ai camerieri, alle receptionists,alle persone addette alle camere... ottima cucina,sempre tutti gentili nonostante le "scostumatezze" di genitori e bambini... Un plauso all'animazione ,a tutti i ragazzi...e complimenti per gli spettacoli... e a CORONA! ECCEZIONALI! Torneremo sicuramente.

We hebben 3 nachten in een suite overnacht. Positief: kamer was heel schoon, ruim en fijn balkon. Ligging hotel aan een klein strand en parkeergarage, een paar stappen van het fietspad. Ontbijt was gevarieerd, vers fruit en veel soorten. Ter verbetering: - douchestraal was zo klein dat mijn man zich niet goed kon douchen. - Personeel was correct, maar kwam niet verwelkomend over, zoals we van Italianen gewend zijn. - Restaurant hadden we graag willen eten maar als individuele kleine tafel met klein kind zouden we pas na een grote groep worden geholpen die er nog niet eens zat. Dus zijn we weg gegaan. Spa wilde ik uitproberen maar €90 voor 45 min massage vonden we echt te duur.

L’hotel è una vera oasi di relax: il percorso benessere è curato nei minimi dettagli e la piscina riscaldata all’aperto è qualcosa di spettacolare, soprattutto dopo una giornata sulla neve… pura magia! ??? Il cibo è eccellente: dalla colazione super varia, ricchissima e di altissima qualità, alla merenda sempre golosa, fino alla cena che è una vera esperienza di gusto. Complimenti speciali a Cristian in sala, un cameriere eccezionale: professionale, sempre sorridente e attentissimo, davvero una marcia in più! Tutto lo staff è gentilissimo e super disponibile, dalla reception alla sala, ti fanno sentire coccolato dal primo all’ultimo momento. Una menzione speciale va al direttore Jan, sempre presente, disponibile e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con grande professionalità e cordialità. Comodissima anche la navetta per le piste da sci, un servizio impeccabile che rende la vacanza ancora più rilassante. Quiet clean and conveniente. Swimming pool was clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable.

Facilities & Restaurants There were plenty of places in the lobby to enjoy billiards and games, and the distance to the bars and restaurants wasn't far, which was great. Especially, having a jacuzzi here was a big plus — on chilly days (it was very cold during my visit), I could warm up my body, unlike other hotels. I visited three restaurants, and in all of them, the food quality, freshness of ingredients, and taste were perfect. The only downside was the Italian restaurant, where the food came out very late. That day was a Saturday, and there was a wedding with many guests, so I think the orders were backed up, causing the delay. Except for weekends, food was served at a normal speed. Usually at all-inclusive hotels in Cancun, even the buffet food isn't fresh or tasty, but here the food was all fresh, and the taste and quality were noticeably far superior to other hotels. Value for Money Considering the room, cleaning condition, food, pools, beach maintenance, and the attitude of all staff combined, this can be considered a top-tier hotel in terms of value for the price. I personally think it's worth returning to. Pros It provides the absolute best service for guests. Also, they give $200 credit per night stay, which can be used for golf, massages, or purchasing items — this is a very strong advantage. Cons There are no particular cons. Aside from the slightly slow food service at the restaurant, it's truly the best hotel.
