The staff was nice but the room looked very old. Half the power outlets don’t work and the beds are very small.

Im Hotel Schürger habe ich mich rundum gut aufgehoben und freundlich empfangen gefühlt. Mein Zimmer lag nach vorne, war ruhig und nachts habe ich die Verdunkelung durch die Rolll?den genossen. Gut geschlafen habe ich auch auf der weichen Matratze. Man merkt positiv, dass der Betrieb familiengeführt ist, denn das Haus ist keins der kühl-neutralen Hotels. Für mich hat die Ausstattung im Charme der 90er wirklich gut dazu gepasst, ich hab mich wohlgefühlt. Schwimmbad/Sauna und Abendessen habe ich nicht genutzt, daher kann ich Beides nicht beurteilen. Das Frühstück war gut. Gern komme ich wieder hierher.

Staff was absolutely rude and told us to never come back. We will for sure not come back ever again!

The room was nice hotel clean staff was approachable. Breakfast wasn't good and its been two weeks and still waiting on my 50.00 hold deposit.

Новых хороший отель вежливый персона , но в отеле разрешено курить скажет так в холле и запах сигарет тянет через вытяжку в ванной в номер, не понимаю зачем они разрешают это вообще непонятно ?? Еще пахнет их туалетной канализации, но это я так понимаю сложно починить до конца из-за общих коммуникаций. Другие ставят закрывающиеся лючки. Но нам поменяли номер и стало все хорошо, хорошо что был один свободный ??

Room fantastic, staff and service outstanding,

We highly recommend staying here when visiting Oban. The house is a short drive from Oban with beautiful grounds which have peacocks and alpacas. The Ghillie Dhu room we stayed in was beautifully decorated with a gorgeous bathtub and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent. On the day of arrival you can choose a time slot and item from the menu e.g. Scottish breakfast/eggs royals/pancakes. The next morning whilst you help yourself to cereal, juice and pastries, your breakfast is cooked to order. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. It really was a five star stay.

It's a good, basic place to stay. Nothing fancy. Positives: It's spacious, clean, nice kitchen, one really nice mattress. Furniture is mostly second-hand or family hand-me-downs. It's one apartment in a building of 18 units or so. Seems to be a place where the owner drops in and out as there were a good many personal items around. It was fine.

Great stay with beautiful scenery. The surroundings were lovely and made the experience even more relaxing. Laundry is available, but you’ll need to use an app and scan the QR code at the reception lobby to access it. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

This surprisingly good. The alpine feel is instant. It may not be the most modern hotel but is delivers easily what you want for a long ski weekend. The rooms are basic but generous in size. We had a two bedroom apartment with two very nice huge balconies. It has a ll the facilities if you want to cook your own basic meal. Free ski storage is offered at one of the local ski rental shops next to the gondola. There is a jet pool and sauna that is free but must be booked in advance. This is invaluable after a long day of skiing. Breakfast is very good and offers local produce. It is a bit crowded in the morning as it opens at 7.30 and all skiers are normally hanging outside the near fast room well in advance. There is plenty of seating and you get shown a table for your party. If you drive, there was free parking in front and behind the hotel. Reception is not manned 24/7 so deal with enquires in the morning or evening.
