Wonderful place to stay. Kaye and Paul were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very comfortable with a choice of pillows. The rooms were very clean and spacious and a perfect temperature and the breakfast was excellent. Kaye and Paul set me up in the breakfast room with refreshments so I could work while my partner went to a bike show. Will be staying here again

Tout était simplement merveilleux ! L'emplacement excellent, un service convivial , propre mais l’eau du lavabo salée, nous avions eu du mal à bien nettoyer nos dents et la pression d'eau dans la douche est très faible du coup on prends beaucoup de temps pour le bain...

Wir waren G?ste im BEECH Resort Fleesensee, unter anderem wegen der beworbenen kostenfreien Anbindung an das Spa?bad Aquafun Fleesensee. Leider mussten wir vor Ort eine sehr frustrierende Erfahrung machen: Auf der Website des Spa?bades gibt es einen Live-Auslastungsticker mit Ampelsystem. Bei unserem Aufbruch stand dieser auf grün. Als wir dort ankamen, war er bereits auf rot gesprungen – Einlass nur noch, wenn andere G?ste das Bad verlassen. Sicherheitsbedingt nachvollziehbar – organisatorisch aber schlecht gel?st. Das Resultat: Wir warteten insgesamt über 1,5 Stunden, da kaum Besucher herauskamen. Ein gemeinsamer Einlass als Familie war nicht m?glich, und unsere minderj?hrigen Kinder konnten selbstverst?ndlich nicht allein hinein. Damit war der beworbene Programmpunkt für uns faktisch nicht nutzbar. Besonders entt?uschend war die Reaktion des Hotels: Man teilte uns mit, dies sei ?auf den Buchungsseiten bekannt“ – ansonsten gab es weder echtes Verst?ndnis noch irgendein Kulanzangebot. An den entscheidenden Stellen steht es eben nicht….Es ging uns ausdrücklich nicht um eine Rückerstattung. Ein kleines Zeichen wie eine Einladung zum Frühstück am n?chsten Morgen oder ein Stück Kuchen h?tte v?llig gereicht. Stattdessen wurde die Situation als pers?nliches Pech der G?ste abgetan. Fazit: Wenn ein Hotel mit Leistungen wirbt, die realistisch nicht verl?sslich nutzbar sind, sollte das transparent kommuniziert werden. Und wenn so etwas passiert, erwarte ich zumindest minimale Service-Kulanz. Wer Wert auf Verl?sslichkeit und kundenorientierten Umgang legt, sollte sich gut überlegen, ob dieses Resort die richtige Wahl ist.

Had a great time during my stay here. The happy hour was awesome and all the staff were fantastic.
Location was spot on, only mention is that I was a little confused finding my room as none of the rooms on my level had signage to tell you what number room it was.

The staff is very courteous, friendly and professional. The location of the hotel is convenient for errands around the town.

Satisfied with our booking, customer service was so helpful, prompt response! Room complete with electric stove, washer dryer and many more. Convenience for family like us. Stayed at other tower before but this one was better. Tower B - Well enjoy the photos

I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Santo Domingo Airport and overall the experience was okay. The room was clean and the location is very convenient for airport travel. However, one downside was that there was no hand soap in the bathroom, which was disappointing and something basic that should be checked before guests arrive. With better attention to small details like this, the stay would be improved.
