What a lovely place for family. Food was so yummy yummy. So many activities are in resort as well children park. This is our third time but stay was first. Recommend to other. Staff are so Polite,Sanjay sajita . We will coom again.

La comida es muy buena como siempre lo ha sido. Pero la persona q nos atendió es la misma q nos atendió en una ocasión anterior y lo mismo, no tiene delicadeza, da prisas para elegir los platos, bastante antipática y muy cortante. No es el servicio que este restaurante tan bueno merece . Nos ha atendido en dos ocasiones y en las dos mal.

The rooms were nice, and clean. Would have liked to have microwaves in the rooms. Especially considering I had to order out. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re vegan or plant based.(Bistro) Breakfast ends at 930 am, each meal comes with meat. There wasn’t a non meat substitute and the price didn’t reflect. As far as the Prime Steakhouse, there wasn’t a vegan or plant based option neither. I entered the restaurant and wasn’t greeted, stood there and left. I had to DoorDash food, and leave to get food. Very disappointed with because most places have a plant based option.

Lovely location, room very clean comfy bed, great staff, breakfast average but plenty of choice, only let down was a dirty ring around cup on breakfast table and mantle shelf in piano room dusty. No menu on table we had to ask for menu on second morning. These issues sorted by waitress very quickly. I got the feeling she was not happy about the way the breakfast tables had been set up. The same waitress served us both days and was very good at her job and polite. Having said all above we will be back to stay here again. I don’t like leaving negative reviews I hope the falcondale management will see this review as constructive and not as a negative. For me if a guest will return they are doing a good job of looking after the guests just as I mentioned a few little let downs to address

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The attention to detail and service level are outstanding. The hotel has only been open 3 years and the build out makes you feel like you are staying at the home of someone who cares deeply about art, luxury and beauty. The grounds are stunning. Can you tell how much like this place? We ate at the bistro and the food was perfect and delicious. Don’t miss the chance to stay at this gem of a hotel.

AMAZING, OUTSTANDING, EXCELLENT HOTEL SPA. STAFF WERE SO WONDERFUL. I WOULD GO BACK AGAIN.

The hotel is clean and very well located. At first, we honestly didn’t expect much, but in the end we were more than satisfied. The hotel staff is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and caring, both at the reception and with housekeeping. The room was extremely clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and we slept really well in the round bed, which was such a unique and original touch. We barely even needed taxis because everything was nearby — the hotel is located right across from SEG Plaza and all the markets. There are also tons of shops and restaurants around. Overall, it was perfect. If I come back to Shenzhen, I will definitely book a room here again. Thank you!

Very clean tidy rooms, really good shower, really nice people at the check-in desk and really good breakfast. Really nice full breakfast included with many choices! I would really recommend this hotel when visiting Cagliari and would also come back next time if I will visit Cagliari again! Really good location too!
