Lovely location, room very clean comfy bed, great staff, breakfast average but plenty of choice, only let down was a dirty ring around cup on breakfast table and mantle shelf in piano room dusty. No menu on table we had to ask for menu on second morning. These issues sorted by waitress very quickly. I got the feeling she was not happy about the way the breakfast tables had been set up. The same waitress served us both days and was very good at her job and polite. Having said all above we will be back to stay here again. I don’t like leaving negative reviews I hope the falcondale management will see this review as constructive and not as a negative. For me if a guest will return they are doing a good job of looking after the guests just as I mentioned a few little let downs to address
