The room was spacious for the upgrade we took, and we had a porch (unfortunately the weather was cool, so we did not use it). Staff was helpful, professional, and courteous. breakfast was adequate for a continental (granola bars were delicious). The restaurant staff was attentive and allowed us to use the breakfast area in the evening for a family, post-funeral gathering. The only downside was the elevator was out of order. Luckily, our room was on the first floor.

The unit was great,
I would like to suggest the fitting of a bar for getting off the toilet in unit 23, there is a towel rail in reaching distance but a grab rail might be better
