My 2 nights were a nightmare. I have to sleep with cockroaches like in the pic. They crawls on my body when i was sleeping!!! Not just that, my food on the table was filled with little cockroaches even though it was covered. The bed smell so bad. On 2nd day room service guy knock on my door but i already shouted to wait . He tried to open the door lucky i have manually lock it. After wearing the hijab then i open n ttold him no need to clean my room (scare already).

My room was very comfortable, warm and spotless with all the amenities (tea / coffee/ water) that one would expect. Jeffery and Caroline are very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is excellent, the scrambled egg being perfect. This is the second time I have stayed and I thoroughly recommend it.

Let me start by saying that it was a very good experience. We are normally not camping enthusiasts, so we decided to try out "Glamping". The only difference to a normal hotel, is that it is on camping ground, and not purely a hotel. The check-in was quick and efficient, the staff always friendly and attentive. The rooms extremely clean and modern. In the kitchen we had all the materials that you would need to cook, which was all clean and still in shape. The view from the room was phenomenal, where one could look through a huge window onto the mountains, and you had a curtain to cover it all, enabling privacy and making sure that the room is dark if you want it to be. Parking is no problem, you can leave your car Infront of the reception, and people can only drive in if they are a guest at the hotel, as it works with licence-plate recognition. The food was really good, and the choice was also decent - especially we had a large choice of breakfast baskets, which was great too. Overall we would definitely recommend this trip to anyone who would like a relaxing getaway in nature.

We visited W Goa for our 10th Anniversary.This trip has nothing but deeply rooted some beautiful memories in our heart forever.We were welcomed with a beautiful warm smile from Pritika, who's hospitality would make you feel how about "welcome us once again please ??".Any and every assistance is brought to you with "homely greet and smile"!The property is nothing but a nature retreat as the property is on the hill top which allows to have a top view of the sea from the place called"Rock Pool".The property is encircled with lush green lawn(for a barefoot walk),birds chirping (as your alarm clock),wide variety of flowers (as natural fragrance which is one of the best healing therapy).Coming to the vital part of any vacation is the food.The Kitchen tables restaurant is nothing but a sanctuary for getting a terrible food coma.Specially with wholehearted service from each chef like Amol chef who is a culinary artist,made sure each time we need any customized foor for our kid is served on our table with a perfect plating and "what a delicious taste".A must try in W Goa is Nepolitian Pizza made by Chef Rupam.Asian made by Jessica is definitely"Not to be forgotten ".Then comes Sweetest treat from amiable Samruddhi.Then comes the goan Thali made by Chef Guru who's the"Whiz in the kitchen"..coming to Goa and having goan thali with such expertise makes it a deadly combination.Surmai rava fry,goan curries all are a must try.This is all possible due to Master Chef Kaustubh, under his supervision all getting possible.Talking about the kitchen table chef de rang(server staff),Reshma and Tushar have made sure you are just over pampered with all the love and care.Nancy stops by with an infectious smile and some delicacy from the house making it even more special as it was our anniversary.

Stayed in one of the Brisa Suites for one night. It was perfect. The room was beautiful with an incredible view. Everything was comfortable and stylish. Very nice bed. The only thing i would add would be a bathtub. We had lunch which was amazing. Every dish was delicious. The staff were wonderful, couldn't be more friendly or accomodating. Breakfast on the terrace is the best. Would recommend a stay there.

Todo 100 de 100,nuestra estadía fue corta pero muy satisfactoria, Giuseppe fue super amable por que llegamos en la lluvia y el salio a guiarnos para estacionarnos más cerca, nos presto un calentador de agua para el bebé y la habitación estuvo super limpia y calientita, tenían una piscina que definitivamente volveria para diafrutarla. El lugar es super cerca de Alberobello y el zoo de Fassano, ideal para un road trip con ni?os.
