Staff dedicado e atencioso. Sra. Pilar entrega mapa com todas facilidades, como ?nibus, paradas e atra??es. Praticamente anexo a um “El Corte Inglês”, com todas amenidades possíveis. Quarto espa?oso. Tudo perfeito.

Terrible place. The only thing they care about is squeezing you out of your money. The highest hotel in Europe? I would call it the highest scam in Europe. The place is very dated, disorganised, the moment you ask something they get super defensive because they know they are screwing you. It's not so much the receptionists and other workers but the management and the way the whole thing is run, heart-less. They have you book with dinner and breakfast included which are really the worst ever. The room smells like an old train, the restaurant looked like it has not been charged since they 80s. Even the tap beer was the worst I ever tasted, I could see many people not finishing it and ordering other things. Never stay there

Great stay. Only negative thing I can think of is that the bathtub drained slow.

Clean and close to the highway. Nice breakfast. Staff was pleasant.

Staff was so sweet and nice and was eager to assist . The room were clean and well kept . The breakfast and cemetery next door were my least favorite parts of the trip .

The large size and layout of the condo was very good.

Horrible experience in their dining room, eating inedible food...requested to leave one day early, and the manager agreed to return one night's balance to our group. They have not done that, nor will they respond to any emails. Also, a gold ring went missing in one of the suites we stayed in

Everything was clean, staff was nice and professional. 5th time staying here, will be back.

The staff very courteous, but the property is a bit dated. The rooms are very noisy - you can hear everything from the hall & surrounding rooms. The restaurant was not good. The location is great though.
