La location è molto suggestiva, tenuta bene anche se ancora in divenire, il punto di forza della struttura è senza dubbio il cibo, abbiamo mangiato divinamente e il personale di sala è gentile e disponibile. Purtroppo però la posizione dell'albergo è sfavorevole, lontano da ogni servizio, obbligando gli ospiti a rimanere nella struttura al calar del sole, questo rende evidente la mancanza di servizi essenziali; Oltre la SPA, l'albergo non offre nessuno spazio dedicato ai bambini, non c'è un luogo comune dove trascorrere il tempo ne attività altre. Le stanze sono carine e rustiche, riscaldate bene ma i bagni sono piccoli e l'acqua calda non esce continuativamente; inoltre come terzo letto ci è stato dato un piccolo divano letto veramente molto scomodo.

Came for the swim and stay with my son. We were having some one on one time together with swimming and craft and popped into the Alton towers hotel. I was so glad to See Kerry was on here, not as glad as my son. I'm not able to walk far and he wanted to see the pirate ship she was amazing with him taking him down stairs to see the ship and taking the time to explain the hotel and kinds of rooms the hotel has (he only stayed here once 3 years ago, he normally stays cbeebies or splash landings) and because she doesn't the time with him about the hotel he has said he wants to try a moon voyager room! . He has high functioning autism so spending this time explaining things and showing him the ship where I couldn't get down the stairs has been a huge part of him becoming comfortable in the hotel and it's surroundings. It will make trying here so much easier in the future. Thank you Kerry for always taking time to meet him where he needs to be met to make each visit special. You truly recognise what's important to all guests.

Sabine é uma excelente anfitri?: sensível, atenciosa e perfeccionista. O café da manh? é maravilhoso, completo, delicioso. O spa é um dos melhores que já conhecemos ao longo dos anos como esquiadores: hot tube grande, funcional, exclusiva e confortável, três saunas, sala de gym, sala de massagem, lounge, um ambiente elegante e muito agradável. N?o chega a ser ski in/out, mas basta atravessar a rua e pegar o T-Bar que leva diretamente a Ciampinoi, uma das principais g?ndolas das Dolomitas. Apenas esteja atento para o fato de que esta área é preferencialmente para quem já esquia bem. N?o sendo adequada para iniciantes.

Hotel praticamente nuovo, super pulito, dotato di ristorante al piano terra dove viene servita la colazione. Il cibo era molto buono. Le camere sono adeguatamente spaziose e super pulite. Dalla reception possono organizzare escursioni in mare e connetterti con il Diving Center Island Divers.

Amazing cottage. Very clean with the best equipped kitchen we have had in our stays in Tassmania. Warm comfy bed (electric blanket)??best thing was the gas fireplace while watching the Winter Olympics as weather was cold for us . 5 ??

Ho soggiornato qui dal 29 al 31 gennaio 2026. Ho trovato l'Hotel davvero grazioso, ambienti e atmosfera calda e accogliente. Gestori e personale molto gentili e cortesi, è un pò come sentirsi a casa. Ottima cucina. Lo consiglio vivamente. Ci ritornerò.

Easy check in, very clean room with new bathroom, lovely toiletries supplied, excellent pub food and cocktails.
