In vielen Hinsichten ist es ein sehr gutes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sauber alle Hotelanlagen sind sehr gepflegt. Das Personal steht sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Egal ob als Einzelperson oder als Paar beziehungsweise als Familie ist dieses Hotel zu empfehlen. Die Parkpl?tze im Parkhaus unter dem Hotel sind ebenfalls sehr gut. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Betten in der Mitte gerne auseinander rollen, sowie das Frühstücksbuffet nicht sehr empfehlenswert ist.

great location, clean room, shops and restaurants ,ben than market very close

Front desk wasn't very helpful. Upon the arrival we made several calls to request various small things, and none of them was fulfilled, despite promise of "in 5 Minutes". Learned to help ourselves by ourselves. Looks like there is a shortage of cleaning maids. You can never tell at what time your room will be cleaned, or cleaned at all (at the beginning we had two days without service). On the positive side - the Junior Suite upgrade (Building 5), was totally worth the money. Large bedroom with a sitting/guest room, good and quiet ACs in each room, double large TV set, balcony with a stunning view - all for extra $30 per night. The food has significantly improved over the last visit (it was 2 years ago). The buffet food was good, and the two a-la-carte restaurants actually positively surprised with the quality and taste. Great scuba diving club with the friendly host Lily and the outstanding resident divemaster Vincenso. This is an excellent place for the beginner scuba divers, and great even for the pros. Saw a variety of rare sea animals including eagle rays and manatees (lamantin). Snorkelling is also outstanding with a lot of fish and other creatures. Positively, the place has improved a lot over the past two years

I stayed at this apartment recently, and while it had a beautiful interior and a fantastic location, I did run into some cleanliness issues. The microwave had old moldy food in it, and the washing sponges had hair on them. Additionally, I couldn’t find any basic supplies like salt, pepper, or even water. They did send a cleaner after me saying there was no point as I was leaving the next more also . But still sent her anyways I walked out to her in my apartment , I assume she didn’t think I was in but yeah . There’s also no way to lock the front door from the inside so that you feel safer , which I do think is a bit scary at night time but no one can’t come in without a key fob just would have been nice for a bit of clarity . Communication was a bit slow, and there was some confusion about having guests; I only found out after paying an deposit andasking that guests weren’t allowed. Overall, I think if they addressed the cleanliness and clarified guest policies up front, it could be a really great stay.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage nur wenige Meter vor der Fu?g?ngerzone. Es gibt einen kostenlosen ?ffentlichen Parkplatz im Freien direkt gegenüber. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, nicht sehr gro?. Boden war etwas veraltet und Fenster nicht ganz isolierend (wenn zu, konnte man noch das L?rm des Verkehrs h?ren). Das Zimmer hatte eine Stufe zwischen Schlafbereich und Badezimmer (man musste in der Nacht etwas aufpassen …). Ansonsten ist das Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt gut. Zwar war das Personal sehr freundlich, aber wir mussten 3€ als Touristensteuer (?Taxe de séjour“) bezahlen (ohne dass wir eine Rechnung dafür bekommen haben), obwohl ******* einen entsprechenden Betrag von 1,80€ bei der Reservierung genannt hatte.
