Hospedagem perfeita! Hotel lindo, atendimento maravilhoso de todos (recep??o, restaurante…). Perfeito para passar um final de semana no meio da natureza com conforto.

Stayed here on a quick overnight. Lobby was loud and the staff did not look remotely like they wanted to be there. The room was fine for what we needed. Laying in bed the tv definitely felt small and far away but it worked.

We have been travelling for work and leisure for 45+ years, Quinta do Paral is by far the best hotel we have stayed at. The whole experience from initial pick up for our transfer, check in, restaurant, lounge, winery visit, room service was exceptional. Everything from the guest perspective has been carefully thought about, you are a valued guest and quickly friends with your hosts. It is the staff that make the Quinta do Paral stand out. Everyone we met is focused on the guest and providing the best customer service. They are so professional, courteous and smiling, a total credit to the hotel and winery. Our junior suite was so spacious and well equipped. The breakfasts and dinner are prepared by a team of talented chefs (you must try the crème brulee). The pool and gardens are well maintained. A walk cycle through the vineyard is a good experience. We checked in, relaxed and enjoyed every moment. I recommend that you do the same!

真的太喜欢了，属于乳山这边的宝藏民宿了，这个小院安静舒适，老板娘人超级好，可以做饭烧烤，而且宠物友好，下次还来！

We enjoyed our brief stay very much at Quinta Do Monteverde! So fun to experience an historic and unique property. Thank you for your great hospitality!

Loved the position of no 16 cabin Very clean and good equipment if needed The only thing that was missing was a more updated play ground for the kids but they did enjoy it

Glen Clova is a wedding venue the end. Reviews from walkers climbers are true, very poor service from the bar, and soup appears to be the only thing available.. On a day with a wedding (there are a lot) don't expect even soup. Very short staffed, so all hands to the wedding... Primary business. The lodges are OK but in need of refurbishment.

I think from what you said your visit must have been at the start of April as we have been doing lunches midweek from Easter Monday. Unfortunately it’s not financially viable to open for lunches during winter to Easter as some days if the weather isn’t great, we may only have a handful of people come up the glen. However we appreciate that guests coming off the hill may just need something warming which is why we do offer soup even when our food service is not open. Our opening hours and our service offerings are detailed on our social media and website and we do always encourage guests to book where possible so there’s no disappointment when someone appears and we cannot offer what they would like or we are on limited service due to a pre-booked event. We hope to be able to welcome you back again in the future.

I was looking forward to a hot shower at the end of a sweaty day. No hot water available. Apparently everyone cleaning up before dinner tends to run the tank dry. We’re told no hot water for a “couple of hours”. I suppose that’s if no one uses it in the interim. They could have told us at check in. No solution other than wait or take a freezing cold shower.
