The spa experience unfortunately did not live up to the price point or expectations. While the inn itself is lovely, the spa services were disappointing enough that we would not return for the spa again. The most frustrating issue was experiencing same-day cancellations of services, especially when the spa was the primary reason for booking our stay. For a premium-priced spa, that level of unreliability is unacceptable. In addition, the overall spa experience lacked many of the amenities you would expect at this price level. There were no robes available between services, and there wasn’t an appropriate space to freshen up or clean up after a massage. The experience felt disorganized and far less polished than comparable spas in the area. There are many excellent spa options nearby that provide a much more thoughtful and professional experience for the same — or lower — price. We enjoyed the inn itself, but would not recommend staying here specifically for the spa.

Called in for a pint yesterday afternoon. Outdoor seating area littered with cigarette ends. To top it off I then had to sit and stare at a jar full of them on the table. Please tidy this area up. I often bring my kids in for a coke, not something I want to look at whilst trying to enjoy a beer. You have no email address either otherwise I would have messaged you directly.

Found the place expensive ￡7 a pint, and ￡13.50 for a breakfast, which we didn’t bother with.Also the room I paid for double room with an extra single bed, had been given to someone else, which by the way I had phoned up two days previous to verify I had.Staff I spoke too were nice, but I would never go back there.

Very pleasant and relaxing stay. Excellent value. The staff was attentive and welcoming. Well maintained property with comfortable rooms.

这次订的房间性价比超高，房间的落地窗把苍山洱海框成了一幅画，浴缸正对湖景，连阳光洒进来的角度都刚刚好，傍晚的丁达尔光更是美到失语。住在安静的小区里，没有古城的喧嚣，又正好赶上小区里道路两旁开满了紫荆花，早晚散步都很惬意。 老板人超好，有任何需求都能及时响应，完全不用操心，住得像家一样舒服！ 来大理想找个地方躺平看海，这里绝对是首选！
