Exactly what we needed after spending 2 weeks away from each other due to work abroad. Relaxing environment, great food, lovely locals and tranquil surroundings. We will be sure to book for a longer stay next time!

Since the hotel is located in a safe area, we walked to dinner. There are various kinds of restaurants nearby. Our main purpose was to visit WashU, and the hotel had very convenient access to the school. It was also easy to get from the parking lot to the hotel. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had a panel for adjusting the temperature and good water pressure. Breakfast included fresh omelets and waffles, and the coffee was delicious. The food was replenished frequently. We chose this hotel based on reviews, and we truly felt it offered great value for the price.

We had our transportation booked through Moon Palace, unfortunately we were dropped off at the wrong location (The Grand) and our stay was at Sunrise, easily redirected by staff to the lobby lobby bus to take us to Sunrise. Check in took a little longer than expected but there was a long line up. The resort was absolutely beautiful and we were just in time to hit up the lunch buffet as we had to wait til check in time for our room to be ready. The food was AMAZING the entire stay, like 20/10 between Sunrise and Nizu, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The room was gorgeous, bed was so comfortable I wanted to pack it in my duffle bag. the views from our 3rd floor room were spectacular. Jess that does the activities with guest did such an amazing job, she literally made us workout and have fun the whole day!! We loved her !! The resort had so much to offer to keep you busy, I can honestly go on and on about how amazing Moon Palace is, I’d rebook in a heartbeat. Best resort I’ve stayed at

Great location, with a gorgeous room (Suite with Terrace and Sea View). And then there is patio with seating right off the room: the sunset views, wow! Our room was huge and immaculate! Nice linens and towels, a small and a larger pillow for each of us, a top sheet in addition to the comforter. The bed was SO comfortable! Our room also had side tables and individual reading lamps, a small fridge, wine opener n glasses, and a clothes drying rack. The bathroom is huge and so beautifully done, I would love to have this bathroom at my home! Outstanding customer service from Giorgio! He gave us great recommendations every day! Extensive breakfast included.
