Outstanding in every way. A stunning location, beautifully constructed buildings, great activities and sumptuous food. But most impressive was the gentle care each staff member exhibited. We were an extended family group, and each one of us felt genuinely cared for.

Great location, snorkeling and activities. Pits were eating times at restaurants (5:30pm) which is difficult for young children and the amount of walking required between facilities/amenities.

Good location, free parking at basemen

The moment we were shown our room, I opened the window, listened to the cascades of the waterfall, and took a seat on the windowsill to take it all in. Sheen Falls Lodge has a way of making you feel like you've stepped into another world entirely. From the deer that greeted us on the front lawn as we arrived, to the staff who made you feel at home — this place is something special. The ma?tre d' Matteus made us feel genuinely looked after at every meal, and the massage therapist Annalysa in the spa gave me one of the best massages I've ever had — I actually fell asleep, which I think says everything. All the staff were equally warm and hospitable throughout. The room was spacious, the shower pressure was genuinely to die for, and the waterfall view never got old. My birthday dinner at The Falls Restaurant was delicious — I could have eaten ten bowls of the cheese ravioli in onion broth. And then there's Guinness the cat, who I'm fairly sure is the true owner of the estate, wandering around making sure everyone is enjoying themselves like any great host. From reading in the library with a live pianist playing in the background, to playing board games in the drawing room, to sitting in front of a fire with a hot chocolate and Baileys — pure decadence. I felt like I was living the life of Gatsby. As we drove away a rabbit appeared to see us off. I can't wait to go back.

We recently celebrated our Mother 90th Birthdays ?? where we had lunch in Mount Falcon restaurant. Our experience was top class, Sergio and the young lady who served was brilliant. The lamb ?? was super delicious ?? a fantastic experience and well worth a visit to the grounds. Thanks very much Sergio ???? and how was the broccoli ?? cooked ? ??????

What can I say about this amazing hotel we where placed in here as out flight back to UK was cancelled what a beautiful place staff friendly and very helpful the food was amazing the rooms out of a film. Every thing ud need ok we were only there one night and a day and probly out of place a bit but we were made to feel very welcome and part of the hotel. Nothing too much trouble thanks you again to all the staff
